So I was sick and felt horrible needed good soup. Cassidy was the sweetest and just the kind of person I would hire to run my business if I was a millionaire. She sure won a customer and supports what I would expect from a company like Panera Bread. Even though I couldn't eat much the trip was great and just needed to say "Thanks" because anymore there are few real good honest, ethical and quality places that I believe in. This is one of the few! EMPLOYEES make the difference!

This is officially the WORST panera i have ever been to. I try to give companies the benefit of the doubt because everyone has their bad days but it seems to be a bad day for them every single time i come. They are so unprofessional and extremely slow. I literally waited 25 mins for a cold sandwich with no dressing on it. This place is beyond trash. Then as i waited for my order this poor older lady that had to be atleast 70 or older was telling me how horrible her experience was the last time she came and that's why she was getting her meal for free this time. Then a younger guy comes in to tell them that they forgot his chips. I am huge about giving credit where it is due simply because i've been in customer service for 17 yrs so i know how hard it can be but this place is absolutely ridiculous!!! The young black man that was a cashier was great though, super kind, friendly, and professional. That is the only reason why this even deserves one star.

I ordered a bacon, eggs & cheese on brioche and i first got just a over easy egg on buns. There was no bacon or cheese just the egg on the buns and the manager was the one who made it. Went back so I could get it remade just to get this. Terrible

The coffee and food were good. But on a Tuesday afternoon they were already sold out of so many food products. Are they really sold out or just unorganized? I was told a certain type of bagel was not available. But there were racks and racks of bagels and bread behind her waiting to be put out. And it was very slow, it's not like there was a rush. The place is filthy. During the couple of hours I was there, one manager, with dark hair, in a yellow shirt, came out and cleaned two or three tables. No one else did a damned thing. But he "cleaned" those couple of tables with a dry rag. It was not wet and there was no disinfectant. There's no way he could actually clean the table. You need a wet rag, some sort of cleaner or soap, and you have to clean the rag in between. All he did was brush crumbs onto the seats and then only wipe off a few of the seats. Crumbs, grease, food, spills...all left on the table and the other seats. It was embarrassing. No wonder the younger people who work there have no idea how to clean anything, because he doesn't have a foocking clue himself. And he only pretended to clean the same two or three tables two or three times - so 95% of them stayed filthy. The floor is also filthy. He had plenty of time to come out to the cooler in front of the counter and grab drinks for himself over and over, but no time to actually clean anything or teach anyone else to clean anything.

Panera quality in general has gotten alot worse. It's not just this location. They are often out of dishes or even just out of single ingredients, which is fine if they warn you. But the last time I was here, I ordered what was a new side to me -- a tomato, cucumber, basil salad. What I got was tomato and basil drowning in vinaigrette. Completely inedible. Not knowing what you are gonna get is what makes Panera not worth going to anymore.

This particular Panera location has really gone downhill. The beverage countertops needed a good wipe down, as residual soda was dried on the countertops. The wood paneling looked old and worn-in need of refurbishment. Food was ok. I went for a "Meet and Greet" with a new friend and we ended up taking the food to go because of the ambiance. The cashier was friendly-no greeting upon entrance. It was a little sad to see as this used to be a beautiful place. I actually used to work for this particular location as an Associate Trainer several years ago. Hopefully, things will improve in the very near future.

Very friendly, professional & fast! We ordered the Full Turkey Bravo sandwich with Bravo Sauce on the side for just a little under $11 and it was amazing! The sandwich was very filling & flavorful! Great Job Guys!

The worse bread I never had before $5.39 + tax that I spent. The bread was too thick and the egg was raw, I couldn't eat it and left it as it was in the picture ?. Mix the Bry Yogurt was a little & expensive too. 4 oz yogurt $4.89 + tax.Panera, How many customers do you have that will return to buy your bread like this for $5.39 + tax???Me, I’ll never come back again.

Staff is very unfocused, does not listen when taking orders. Overcharged me full plates when asked for pick 2 meal. Not as clean as was in past. Not a very respectful staff, which generally means management isnt respectful. Does no good to complain here in Avon as GOOD customer service is very rare.

Food was good. Service however was not. There was no fresh tea made. I was charged a large drink and they only had small cups. And the foul language used by the young employees ruined an average dinning experience.
