Salad Soup

Well, I’ve eaten in, at this location once. And I have went through the drive-through twice. This location is dependably slow and is always missing ingredients and menu items. Today, there were no bagels of any kind. Skip this place and find another location.

This place is HORRIBLE I come here literally EVERY DAY for the last 30 days for virtual work (check my Panera Card for verification). The service is usually good and the workers are pretty good. However, TONIGHT, it was HORRIBLE! I ordered the Tuna fish with the tomato soup. I found this random particle in my soup. When I approached the servers (Tamisha Barker (with the B) (imagine the tone), she looked at me and did nothing!! First off she rinsed it off and went to another person to ask then what it was. They both had no clue. Then she turned to me and asked me, "do you want it?" UMMM excuse me ma'am????? Do I want the particle that I found in YOUR SOUP?!" Just down right rude and disrespectful. I asked her why she didn't offer any remedy she said she doesn't know. I asked her why did she give me the particle back, she said "so you can do what you gotta do" um ma'am???!!! This is giving very much ghetto!!! The day staff are amazing and the manager is really nice. Again, I'm here literally EVERY DAY as I am working remotely for work and have been relocated to the area. On average I spend about $20 daily. And with the way the world is set up, I don't have money to just throw around....Gas is almost $5. The attitude was unnecessary and I think that is what made it worse!!! The way my stomach is set up right now I feel so sick. Will check back in tomorrow with how I truly feel and reach out to cooperate.

I read reviews and was hesitant to go there with 2 friends. However we were very satisfied. The menu and food quality was reasonable for the price. The employees were friendly and efficient.

The drive-through opens and closes at random times throughout the day and there is often not a sign to indicate it’s closed. They should at least publish drive-through hours if they are so variable. Customers can anticipate customers need to anticipate the drive-through hours available.

This location has continued to disappoint me for months. I understand the staffing issues but even the quality of food has plummeted. The salads are SO small. No where near worth $12 (half the time some of the ingredients are missing and they don’t bother telling you because they are all already prepackaged) I ordered a fugi apple salad today. The whole bottom of the salad is brown, wilted, soggy and tasted like rotten lettuce. It was supposed to come with a fugi apple vinaigrette dressing…. Carelessly it was packaged with Caesar dressing which doesn’t even pair well with the apple topping. Overall the whole thing was inedible. Every time I’ve walked into that store there is no one around, you can see some employees back behind the high part of the counter…usually socializing but they never make an effort to greet a customer since they implemented the iPads to order on. Last month I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I truly believe all of their food is prepackaged now. Avoid this location.

The chipotle chicken avacado melt had so much potential but the lack of meat made it very disappointing. It was basically an avacado and cheese sandwich. The strawberry frozen lemonade had huge chunks of ice, making it impossible to drink through a straw. The taste was good and the employees were nice enough. Just an "ok" experience.

I work night shift and ordered a salad and sandwich. I asked for no tomatoes on the sandwich of course it came with tomatoes. But the real kicker was when I went to open my salad hours later. Someone put the dressing on the salad and shook it up! By the time I was ready to eat it the salad was impossible to enjoyably eat. I have been going to panera for a long time now and never has anyone put the the dressing on the salad and shook it up. This is clearly the coustmers job. It's just sheer incompetence at this point.

Haven't been to a Panera for a long time. Really enjoyed the sandwich and salad. Brownies were great. Will definitely get back there.

We had such a nice trip to Indy. Everyone was very friendly in the Big city but not here. Lots of attitude. Orders were wrong. When they called my name the lady behind the counter was rude and order was wrong! Panera has a superior product but this place is poorly run so do yourself a favor go elsewhere. Save your money

Both of my smoothies were watery and there shouldn't be ice cubes in a blended drink. Everything else was fine.
