Not sure why this place is a 3.9. Some of the nicest staff I've had the pleasure of dealing with in any panera I've been in. Kay helped us today and was all smiles! Items purchased were fresh and done correctly! 5 stars from me and my kiddos!
This place smells wonderful because of all the breads and pastries. Their Agave lemonade is my favorite and that's the reason that I joined the unlimited sips club. They also have a great tasting decaf coffee.
Perfect sandwiches, soups, charged lemonade, and everything else you like as a quick bite. With their small fee membership, you can enjoy unlimited coffee and drinks whole month anytime anywhere you wish. They give many free goodies as well every 3rd or 4th order. Overall a nice place to be again n again.
This place sucks soooooooooooo sooooo bad ! It's horrible . We order from here everyday catering 10-20 meals and it has never once showed up on time , never once been ready upon arrival or has it ever been completely 100% correct after getting it back to our facility .Spent about $6,000 over the past year and we have never been satisfied not even once ! I get they are short staffed but we are putting these order in the system days in advance .As of today we have waiting 30 min so far in the lobby after confirming it would be ready at 9:30 .I have tried time and time again to relay to management that they should be quoting a more accurate time for pickup . Waiting 30-1 hour is just absurd and I can't even believe y'all are able to afford to keep the doors open .Extremely disappointed to say the least .Get it together!!!!!!Update: after waiting 1 hour and 3 min I finally retrieved our order . Was missing 4 of the 11 meals and she refused to speak with me and told me I was banned from her store . She was also arguing with 2 door dash drivers at the time telling them the exact same thing that she would get everyone's name and have a lifetime ban !?I wished the lady a better day and left the store to call corporate immediately! She is clearly having a bad day and yes they were extremely busy but this is a everyday thing with this location .
While nice staff could be more clean , especially the bathrooms. Got order mixed up but food was good and service with a smile
Used online ordering to pre-order 24 hours in advance. Had no problems; although I couldn't figure out how to order boxed lunches.
Ate here Sunday at lunch. Food was good and service was friendly but they were overrun with to go orders so the wait was long even with lots of available seating.
Absolutely great. Some of the most helful and kind employees that ive met in along time. There was an older gentlemen there cleaning, that was so helpful. Thanks you guys and the food was awesome. RAISES FOR EVERYONE!! LOL.
Went early for breakfast and the place was very clean and food was ready quickly and it was hot, would recommend.
