We’ve been coming to this location for along time & the last couple of times the food was gross. It wasn’t fresh. The orange chicken had a chemical taste. We threw most of the order away.
I'm a regular customer I am there all the time. I always have no issues. Today though was not good. Got Honey sesame chicken like I always get a it has pretty much no seasoning, it was pretty much just plain chicken. It was disgusting. Very unhappy because I always get extra so I have left overs so it was a waste of moneyI will be back but this wasn't a good experience for sure .
It was a quick stop for us on our way home to TN. Was a good clean location. Service was prompt, and the bathrooms and eating area was clean. Was also glad they kept the inside temperature nice and cold on a hot day!
Horrible, they never have anything available that you want, the server wasn't listening to anything I was saying, is that hard to make more teriyaki chicken, I left the drive thru unsatisfied and gave krogers my money instead, grilled my own teriyaki chicken which was leagues better than this sad panda express could ever do.
If you like the Panda Express chain you will like this location. Our food was fresh hot and delicious. The parking lot is a little difficult to navigate but worth the experience.
Could the workers get any more rude? Maybe smile??? I don’t know, maybe say you’re welcome??? Greet you??? The workers working tonight (6/23/2022) were not respectful. Food was good though despite the rude attitudes. (:
I didn't want to do this review but enough is enough smh their customer service is the worse. Ppl hanging out the drive-through window on their cell phone, just hanging out. While the other one taking your order is rude. When someone says thank you, the polite thing to do is say...you are welcome or sure anytime time! Not YEP! smh and never expect to get what you order because they can't get that right either. I've tried to give this one plenty of chances and everytime it gets worse! Pass this one up and save yourself the headache
The food was good....you do have to wash your own table. If you want a clean one. Just saying.
Worst panda location around. Go to a different one as management here definitely needs retrained.
First time trying Panda Express, was not a good experience. The staff was less the friendly, the fried rice was dry and clumped up, when I asked if they had more sweet tea in the back I was told "that's all there is" so I asked for a refund and was given attitude then a partial refund.
