There were roaches crawling over the buffet tables and gnats everywhere, it took 5 minutes to get someone from the grill to come out and cook my food.... Food on the buffet was cold and lacked any flavor. But the sushi was good. Best part about the place. Never returning.
I absolutely love this Restaurant! ❤️ I've visited this Restaurant on NUMEROUS OCCASIONS!! Each visit, the Food and Desserts were Delicious!! Their prices are reasonable, and their Cook(s) are Awesome!!!I would highly recommend this Restaurant!!! And, it's Located in a nice and safe area!!!I can't wait, until my next Visit to Pagoda Buffet and Grill!! ❤️??
If I could rate it 0 stars I would. My dad and I went on saturday around 6pm and the food looked like it had been sitting out for hours. Wasn't fresh and honestly was terrible. We picked this place because of all the other Chinese buffets it had the best reviews. Definitely won't be back next time we come in town.
One star because it's always humid and hot when trying to enjoy your meal. Doesn't matter if it's a winter blizzard outside. Uncomfortable chairs. The men's restroom is dark and disgusting also. Owner needs to be sued for allowing this.
It's a decent space, but the food... everything tasted the same. DH couldn't taste the difference between the sesame chicken and the pepper chicken, and he said the sushi was truly vile. Same for me with the coconut shrimp and the egg rolls.
This place was awful. Our server was great but whoever one of the owners is called "Momma" was terrible I mean awful and rude. The food was terrible..either not available on the buffet or served not cooked all the way through. They continued letting patrons in and not replenishing the buffet when it was already empty when we arrived. Also, we were over charged,there was vomit outside the bathroom for over an hour and when the young lady at the register (who originally ignored us when we walked in while on her phone sitting on the counter telling us she didnt speak english-SHE DID VERY WELL!) she tried to call the owner it took her forever for him to respond only to do nothing for no one to compensate the terrible experience. He later called me personally and offered a refund only to recant and tell me we can bring the family back on him. I'm kind of scared but we may give it another try when he is there.
Wowww, I gave this restaurant a 5 star because they have my favorite food there and the waiters are friendly I really enjoy it tho, so come to this place my friends. Come check it out.
Great food. All my food was hot and fresh.Very nice and friendly staff. I basically come back every other day to eat there food never get bored of it. 10/10 would recommend ??❤️
Love this place!! Used to go to the journey but I honestly think the flavor is better here and it’s so much affordable. Very comfortable place to dine and I like that it’s clean and the staff is always so sweet:) definitely do not regret finding this great buffet!!!
