We dropped by after the restaurant came up as a suggestion!! OMG!! Can you say 'everything homemade'?? We got ribs, Mac and cheese, collard greens, dirty rice, hot water corn bread, lemon iced cake!! #whew I meant to take pics, but we dived in ans didn't surface until it was all gone!! Pa and Ma are on duty, as well as the 'Cake Lady'.. Daily specials are on tap!! I'm from Louisiana... and I KNOW good food! This local spot is a winner!! Thank you Pa & Ma for your kindness... we'll be back soon!
I cant believe I relied on reviews to order from here. Kind of makes you wonder how many people really got tastebuds and know what good food taste like. It was horrible with a capital H!!! RIP tips? First of all for an $18.00 meal I expect a decent portion. Not only it wasn't that but the rib meat was dry and burnt and tasted like burnt cigarettes and the mac n cheese tasted like buttered noodles, where is the cheese? Never again! I still taste the after taste in my mouth. Disgusting!!!
Well ig I came at the wrong time , Thursday around 1:30pm .. I was expecting some BBQ well when I went in I’m lost as hell looking for a menu the lady asked me how can she help I said this is my first time do you have a menu so she said not it’s visual im like oh ok ..I goes and look and I don’t know what im looking at there is no tags that said what the item is ..so I said I’ll just take grilled chicken because she told the man to go get more grilled chicken I told the lady I’ll just take the grilled chicken she said oh that’s not a guarantee that we have it! im like ok so I look back down at the food it’s only chicken wings and fish which both looked dried out and over cooked I said I understand I’ll just take the wings and Mac and cheese and yamsI open the container and tried itThe yams were hot and goodMacaroni was different ig could have been betterThe chicken tasted like fish cornmeal or they used the same grease for the fish , it just reminded me of churches.. no napkins or offer me to buy a drink or nothing .. overall I’ll give 2 stars

Entrance on side of bldg, near the front. My first time eating there. I had a taste for BBQ ribs. I went late, so I guess I got the tail end of the food. In other words, not so fresh. Quantity was decent.... Quality questionable. Taste was average. May give it another try, but go early to get fresher quality.
Great food and great prices. And don't come at the last minute. They will sell out. It's that good!
My coworker comes back from lunch with a sack of delicious smelling BBQ, tells me about Pa & Ma's, and I knew that's what I was having for dinner. I got held up and was set to arrive at about 7:30pm. I hate being 'that guy' so I tried calling ahead, "This person is no longer taking phone calls" robot. I arrive only to find out it's an old address 10 min away. I speed over to the new address, make it with 14 min before closing - I was going to tip generously - but the doors are locked. Nobody in sight. I get it, it's not just the closing early part, it's the not being able to call ahead which would have saved a big chunk of my Friday night. I'll update the review once I actually try it
This whole place is an absolute vibe. From the moment you arrive you're greeted by smiling faces and warm gestures. The food is PHENOMENAL, the ambiance is soul enhancing. The vendors are helpful, kind and not pushy or greedy. Will absolutely be back.

Owner is very courteous as well as the working staff. The place is neat and clean. Quantity of food is great for the price. The Food I purchased tasted good except for the corn bread was a little dry.
