My first time ever eating here, but I will not be back. I really wanted to love this restaurant and the food is really not too bad, but there was so much went wrong with our whole experience, from missing food, to asking for items numerous times, to plates not being cleared, to the most terrible side of noodles i habe ever been served......the list goes on! Give me Koto for my Asian experience anyday!
We were seated promptly. Service was excellent and food was excellent too.

Dinner before an event and the food was delish! From the moment we stepped we were greeted warmly and our server Jessica was outstanding!
Our waitress, Taylor, was outstanding. She was very efficient, caring, courteous and helpful. She is a credit to P. F. Changâs.
We went to dinner here at 6:00pm. The restaurant was only about 15 percent full. Our table was very lopsided and wiggly and there was a bottom screw to the table sitting on our table when we sat down. Nobody addressed this. The plates that were already on the table for us were not very clean. There was also a couple of gnats that kept flying around our table. We waited 15 minutes for anyone to come to our table. Our server, Nara, was very unfriendly and couldn't get away from our table fast enough. We waited over 30 minutes for our food in a very uncrowded restaurant and were told it was so long because they had alot of to go orders. Our server just disappeared for long periods of time and we had to flag here down if we needed anything. It appeared that she only had about 5 tables to wait on so I'm not sure why the service was so bad. Although the service was poor, our food was good and our order was correct.
Took my dad there for Fatherâs Day , we always get an order of the lettuce wraps
