Thursday evening about 6:30PM not terribly busy but a steady flow of diners about an hour later. They appeared short staffed so there was a bit of a wait even though we had call ahead seating. After ordering food did arrive timely and hot, and good quality.
3rd time we’ve been to this restaurant. Normally good, but tonight’s experience was not as good. Waitress was not engaged in what she was doing. Not pleasant in greeting us. Felt like we were a bother to her. Both mine and my husband’s order was wrong. I was missing my salad and my husband was missing his loaded baked potato.
We came in an hour and a half before closing and got the best service we’ve ever experienced at this location. Our steaks were delicious and our waitress (Gina E.) was very personable and made my graduation night great! Gina is the best server we’ve ever had and we can’t wait to come back and hopefully have her again!
Pulled in to the Carmel IN location after work because everyone deserves a nice meal after working on the weekend.Parking lot was packed so I expected to wait. A short 12 minutes later I was seated.Server Tony was friendly, spoke clearly and suggested the Sugar steak.I crushed an order of perfectly cooked wings with a tall Blue Moon while I perused the results of the NFL 2022 draft.My steak was well marinated & cooked to perfection. The side sauce was delicious. Loaded baked potato and creamed spinach rounded out the dish.My compliments to the kitchen staff and appreciation for Tony and his recommendation. ??????
Ate at the bar, wasn't busy after lunch time. Bartender was great. Appetizer was was great along with the juicy steak. Little on the expensive side but definitely could have had a smaller steak and less drinks would have made it more affordable. Will go again
We had an amazing experience tonight! I could tell that they were understaffed BUT that had no affect on our service, wait time, or our food! The highlight of our visit was Definitely our waiter Louis. He was very attentive and paid attention to details!
I had the steak and grilled shrimp with a side of lobster. Very pleasant taste and a welcoming atmosphere. My family and I like to pray before eating and as were praying our waiter waited very respectfully and also joined in on our prayers. I thought that it was pretty cool of him I gave him a 20 as a tip but the more I think of it I should had tipped him even more than I did.
The Blooming Onion.The ribeye was good but too much money. I thought the ribeye I had at the Texas was as good, but less money. The loaded potato wasn't loaded very much. Not very good.

My meal and experience at outback steakhouse was one of the best trips I have had to dinner in a long time. My server rich was super cool and really nice, he showed a lot of positive energy around me and my family. So I would give this place a solid 10/10 in customer service and 10/10 in food, this was a solid place ?
