My food is always cooked perfectly and comes out in a timely manner! I have been eating at this location for 14yrs and I’ve always had the best servers and Managers! Brandon specifically, is the best Store Manager and always takes care of my family! If you are looking for Quality food and good service, this is it!
The service at this location is very poor. Thank goodness the kitchen and food is consistent. You are guaranteed 2 table touches; 1. to take your order and 2. to drop off the check. Anything more than that..not gonna happen. Save yourself the frustration, order all your bar drinks at once and pay thru the app. This has been on-going since last fall. I went from lunch weekly to lunch monthly. My husband will no longer even join me here for dinner. Bar or dining room..same issue. Exception: there is a young man who serves and works in the bar occasionally..he is awesome.
Delightful meal, helpful staff. One staff member went above and beyond when my son dropped his Crayons on the floor. Not only did he pick it up but went to get a new box, because it appeared that we were missing the green one. In the grand scheme of things, it was little, but it left a good impression as being very thoughtful.They also gave my wife free ice cream as we were celebrating her birthday. We have found that a lot of places don't do that sort of thing anymore.Thanks to all for a great night out with family.

This place is horrible, the food is never cooked properly. I guess it’s a outback thing. I tried both locations in Indianapolis and both are equally horrible. The waiter can care less about your needs and the manager avoids talking to customers because he knows they’ll complain about the service. The meat seems like it’s soaked in water and the food is either cooked to burn or raw. This place is not worth your money, no matter how long I have to wait to be seated at another restaurant, I will never come back to this place. Ps I still tipped the waiter even though she was horrible at what she does.
Wonderful experience! Steak was AMAZING and cooked perfect! Wait staff was kind and courteous. The owner made sure to check on not only our table but made a point to check on others including his staff. They were busy and it was nice to see the owner pitch in where neededA He was bussing tables, delivering food, amd refilling drinks!
I have had many nice evening here. When there is a wait they are honest about how long you will wait. If anything, they have exaggerated how long it would be and have seated me before I expected. Now, please don't expect that you will be seated early or get upset if you do not but I am saying that it has been a pleasant surprise many times when I have been seated earlier than expected.My meals have always been cooked to order and they keep my drink full!I will definitely continue to eat here!
I just experienced the worst service ever. After placing an order for delivery, two hours later and still no food. It took more than twenty minutes to actually get a person to pick up the phone only to be told my order was still there and there was no one to deliver it. The lady was unapologetic and rude. I was told that if it wasn’t delivered in the next thirty minutes to call back. Now I have no dinner, a charge for the food and wasted over two hours. Do not order from this restaurant!
Service and food was excellent. Our server Keirra did a great job ensuring our drinks were never empty and checked on us frequently despite being busy. All of our food came out in a timely manor and our steaks were cooked to the temperature we asked for. Will be back!
Food and service are 10/10. Steak is always cooked perfectly, and my girlfriend loved their fresh steamed lobster. Waiters and waitresses are attentive, my drink never hit empty. We love going there for date night.
