These poor people working short staffed and trying to give good customer service deserve some recognition! We sat at the bar because we could only see 1 server! Bartender was running around trying to do so much, we wanted to brighten her day! Food was excellent and will be back just to have her take care of us!
I ordered Outback and my husband did Longhorn.we both did curb side orders, and both orders were done around the same time. We picked mine up then proceeded to go get his meal. I opened mine and my shrimp looked burnt and not tantalizing at all, my baked potato was over cooked and they forgot to give me butter for it. My husband ordered a similar meal at Longhorn and his looked really good, exactly how he expected it to. Plus he had all of the toppings for his baked potato so you could imagine how I was feeling. So now I'm on here giving my review and I don't think I will be returning, the only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because the person who brought it out had a pleasant attitude.
Other than being out of their house ale being out at 5 in the afternoon on a Wednesday, the 11 ounce steak was rare and chewy on one end and overdone and chewy on the other with a hair on the steak. Did not send back fyi. Exactly what I have come to expect with this chain and have visited many over the country.Keep thinking over time this would will improve in 20 years. Guess not. Well resist the urge in the future.
Some appetizers were burnt, food incorrect, table was not cleaned up didn't get refills. Took 2 hours to get food. They had a system issue but we got no discount for the trouble and food that was correct was still not cooked well. I understand short staffed and the manager did cone out and try to fix it, but just not worth the money.
Good service, good steak cooked correctly. However lettuce served in the BC pecan salad was frozen and got a bite size clump of moldy potatoes in my mashed potatoes?. Food prep needs some work here. Aside from the 2 noted issues all went well.
Waited 5 minutes to order and no one came up to take my order. Went to the bathroom and came back to hostess desk. 2 minutes later the waitress said someone would be with me shortly. I replied “No, they wouldn’t” and left.
Outback is a good place to go for supper. The server (whom we've had before) was happy and clearly enjoys her job (always a plus when you go to a business). The reason I took one star away was that the salad was not cold and it was drowning in dressing. I also got a 6oz steak and I was unable to heat half of it due to grissle. Hopefully, a better experience next time, but for now 4 stars is it.
Been to a number of outbacks across the country and this one had a very sad atmosphere. The watress noted she had been working here for years and her arms are SHOT (not what you want to have a conversation about from a server).
I ordered a curbside order and was so disappointed in my order. I tried calling the restaurant for about 30 minutes to report my issues with my order and no one answered the phone. I didn't receive my mixed vegetables, my shrimp was cold & my 18oz ribeye was mostly fat. Hopefully I can contact someone tomorrow about my order since nobody answers the phone on the night shift. I'm so surprised because normally my orders are great, I don't know what happened this time.
WORST EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION ! First and foremost our server didn’t smile once , which turned me off. Who works in a restaurant and can’t even flash a smile at their customers. Second , she didn’t hear when we asked for a filet with lobster and we had to ask for our lobster after our food came out , which would have been fine except for when the tail came out it was hard as a rock. DRY as all get out & Had clearly been sitting in the window under the warmer for a while. Had we eaten it , I’m positive we would have gotten food poisoning . Manager replaced it and apologized (acknowledged it could make us sick) & when the ‘new lobster tail’ came out …. It was the exact same tail except with some butter and seasoning on top . I’m sure he thought he was going to get away with it. Sickening how people treat customers like this & giving them food knowing it could make them sick !!!!! No tip from me , lucky I paid the bill.
