For starters the door guy would much rather be anywhere else it seems. My party of 3 had the youngest at 42 and asked us if we wanted a kids menu… Then we walked to our seat he got part way and said you sit over there, and walked off. The waitress was the best part of the night. She was very attentive and helpful. However my wife ordered her usual, Alice springs chicken. It had the least amount of cheese and mushrooms possible. Aside from that the chicken was so over salty and hard to chew. When we brought it up to the manager she made it seem as if it was our fault. She said that it is standard to have a bunch of seasoning on it. And that we should have ordered it with light seasoning…. That was pretty rude in our eyes and feel strongly enough to not EVER come back to this restaurant.

STEPHANIE WAS AMAZING! My husband & I came in tonight to treat ourselves to a date night for the first time in a long time. Stephanie made sure to check on us every so often & always made sure to have a conversation whenever she stopped by our table! She definitely made our date night even better. I wish servers everywhere were like her. Food was amazing, too!

My husband and I went for our anniversary tonight. The server forgot that I wanted a Sprite and she brought me a water. I asked for some more bread and after 10 minutes I had to ask again. Our salad/soup came out before our appetizer. I had to ask where our appetizer was and the server was just as shocked that it hadn't come out yet. Steak had way too much pepper. Baked potato was dry. I brought a steak home for a family member and it was not tender and also had too much pepper so she was unable to eat it. Not worth the time or the money spent. Needless to say we won't be returning.

Was sat for 10 minutes before our order was taken. Ordered drinks which I received my salad before I got my lemonade or silverware. Had to wait watching for anyone to ask. It wasn’t really busy so not to happy. Food came out, steak was just a bit over cooked and potato needed a bit more topping. Especially for 50 dollar lunch

I stopped in last night after a business trip to southern Indiana. My server Daniel A. was great, fast service, food was fresh and hot, restaurant was clean. It was a great experience from the hostess until walking out the door. It is nice to know there are places like this with great customer service that you can go to when you know you are to exhausted to cook safely.Thank you Daniel.

boyfriend and I both ordered medium filet and lobster...his filet was more on the rare side rather than medium... my lobster was not very good at all...it was stringy and tasted undercooked so I couldn't eat it. I asked for cheese on my broccoli...did not receive it....then when they brought us the bill they rang up my boyfriends meal wrong which was an overcharge of probably 10$ or more...was very disappointing

Jayden was AWESOME! Great service and great food! Mistake in the kitchen was made but he fixed it! If it's the other stake place, they'd tell you to get over it. The steak place rhymes with Sexas Toadouse. All around great service! Give that man a raise!

They messed up my entire meal second time now. 115$ bucks gone. I didn't call because this is 2nd time. I ordered 3 filet medium well all medium rare gross.. the new butter cake with strawberry I have a picture of that what disappointment ? I sent the picture to my friend she thought it was chicken tender nope burnt ends of pieces put in a box with that little thing of I guess strawberry. Really just disappointed.

First, this bread… sooo goood. We could have had about a 30 minute wait at 8:40ish, but we opted to sit at a table in the bar. This one insignificant choice actually lead to the only real significant complaint I have. We walked over and the table was dirty so we went back to the host stand where there was now a manager-type person there reviewing the seating options with the host. We told her we’d just wait to be seated or for that table to be cleaned and her directive was that we “go back, stand by the table, and someone will notice you want to sit down and clean it for you.” No, ma’am. I’m not going to go stand in the way and wait for someone to do that job. YOU can do it or ask someone to do it. Not a 5-star suggestion. Someone did get it cleaned and we went back. Everything from there was really good. Greeted quickly and warmly by Rachel, THAT BREAD, and good food. The only issue here was waiting too long on prime rib. It’s already cooked. And that was our only entree, so there wasn’t something else holding up our ticket. We haven’t been to Outback in YEARS. If we were up that way or had a gift card, we’d go back. Nice change of pace for us.

Well let's see. For 147.00 dollars you think that you would get good food, okay food. Granted we did call and complain and they are kindly sending us 60 dollars credit. So, Attached you will see the blooming onion well the grease blob. The 4 steaks well I cooked them when I got home. Raw bloody, ordered one that way,, if I had wanted to cook I would of cooked. Asked for extra bread, said I'll pay for it. Got well hard dry dirt bread 8 loads. Ordered shrimp add on no sauce. Asked for extra butter sour cream paid for it got 1 ounce cups butter sour cream in one container. If I asked for it on the side I did not want them together. Salad well we won't even go there. Potatoes covered in foil and blood from steak. Did not bother to eat any of it.
