Visiting our granddaughter and found a fantastic Live Garden in Indianapolis. The service was impeccable, staff were all very pleasant, and sociable without being intrusive. Portions were larger than any Olive Garden we have ever visited. Compliments on a job very well done.
I came here for takeout and had a salad and breadsticks with some stuffed shells. Very well done. The person at the door seemed not to like that I came for takeout for some reason. Food wise the place was very good and I’ll be back.
The food was excellent, the service was excellent. Our waiter was especially good. I now understand why there are always so many cars in the parking lot (but didn't have to wait to be seated). The money spent included cocktails and dinner the next day.
It was a nice birthday celebration to my daughter with us and her boyfriend's family. Our waiter Justin was fantastic, he did an excellent job taking care of all of us. Thank you very much Justin.
We (party of 3) signed in on the wait list using the app. When we were second on the list we went in and checked in at the front. They told us we were next on the list. We sat down in the lobby and I instantly received a text say we were next to be sat. After the 4th party of at least 3 were sat I asked where we were on the list and I was assured we were next. After we were sat (finally) someone came to our table peddling candy bars. Our server was one of the best I've ever had and the food was delicious. It's too bad the whole experience was soured to start.
From Louisville, coming to the Performing arts production of Exodus, had a late dinner here afterwards.Our server was excellent; she was friendly and went out of her way to treat us with kindness and respect.The food was especially tasteful, plentiful and the right amount and temperature.
The price has gone up and food quality has gone down in the years since I had worked at an Olive Garden in college. We visited this location and left very disappointed. The service was far below the standard we were expected to provide. We were never offered or given drink refills. Plates were not cleared from the table after the appetizer and salad.We made no special requests, but the meals were not cooked properly. Nobody asked how the meals were after the they were brought to the table. The server never returned to our table after bringing the salads until after we had paid and he did bring a carry out box. At least they had a food runner to bring the meals from the kitchen. They had a tablet on the table to pay our own bill, we were never presented with a check. As we were leaving, nobody asked if everything was good.I will never return to this location and likely won't return to Olive Garden. I enjoyed it when I worked there, but the place has changed for the worse over the years.
we didn’t even make it in… i called and asked how long the wait was for two and they said an hour and a half. that’s fine i’m a host too so i wasn’t even bothered by that but when i tried to ask how long it would take for to go she wouldn’t let me finish asking. she talked over me and kept trying to hang up the phone. i understand she may be busy but she does not need to have an attitude. i answer phones all day and i treat customers with respect even if their rude to me. not someone you should have as customer service…
Service was great. Food was hot. Was seated fast. Only thing is the menu is completely cut down and missing some great dishes. No fault of the resturant itself.
