Food was delicious as always. Only thing is that I do believe the portion sizes have gotten considerably smaller over the years.
My daughter ordered penne Rosa NO CHEESE NO MUSHROOMS. through door dash and paid $26. it came with cheese and mushrooms!! it clearly shows on the receipt. and when we call door dash , door dash said we can only give us back $4. after back and forth with door dash we got the full amount back. the noodles company need to pay attention to the order. this is the 2nd time they messed up the order.
My bowl was barely lukewarm. I returned it and was given a large, HOT, delicious replacement. Great customer service!
The staff was very good, but the food was not. I used to be a cook at a different Noodles, I know what the Japanese pan noodle should be. These noodles are very hard and dough-y, more than normal, this chicken breast isn't actually cut up just scored, they gave me extra carrots instead of no carrots like I asked (not a huge deal), and used button mushrooms instead of shitake. I was very excited that there's a Noodles next to my new job but both experiences have been very disappointing when it comes to the quality of the food. Always friendly staff though.
The penne Rosa with shrimp was well prepared. Very flavorful. They used the basil extremely well.
Hard No.Just kept going back to this location, despite watching the endless line of unhappy customers complain about the quality of their food.Well today, it was my turn.Half cooked, half un-cooked. And, nowhere on the menu do they mention "hair" as an ingredient.Disgusting. Traders Point has many other options.
So happy to gave an opportunity to get takeout during their limited hours today. I placed the order online in advance for pickup and it was ready on time. Unfortunately I should have checked the order before I left. The chicken was left off one of the meals. Be sure to check your order!
If you've not tried it, you have to go for the barbecue pork mac. It's like Heaven in a bowl!
Noodles is always a great food place to go. Staff is always helpful and friendly.
horrible lately. push back my uber eats order at least 5 times each time i try & order. every time i order it isn’t ready and i do curbside and i have to call at least 2x to get someone to bring it out to me finally. overall they used to be 5 star and have been dropping to 1 star from me lately. or if i do get my food/drink the ice has melted in the drink and makes it undrinkable. please get some staff & do better.
