Staff does not follow sanitation standards. They use their phones and fix their hair while preparing food. If you ask for the regular size of a meal, they prepare the small size, and put it into a larger container. The noodles are always undercooked and crunchy/chewy. And they have some of the worst customer service for a facility that only takes online orders. Reported this establishment to the health department.
They only do online ordering here which takes forever and the staff wont even look at you if you need a fork or something. My order had like six noodles :( get chipotle instead
I got food poisoning for the first time ever at this place terrible food the noodles are never cooked all the way.
Online and adjusted hours on register say open at 11 …. but not actually open until 12.
They closed early and said they ran out of all their food. They just wanted to go home, lots of visible food being put away.
What a horror. Closed when they weren't supposed to be. They said online orders only but it wasn't available online for this store. I feel bad for the owners
Really good food but none of their locations ever seem to be open anymore. But it doesn't say that online, so you end up just wasting your time. Says open online, so I go and it says online ordering only, so I do that, then it says this store isn't taking orders at the moment?? So frustrating
Its good food. Just go. You find something likable.
The food is good, when they are open. They seem to have a horrible difficulty getting staff to work. I think they would be better off if they just closed this location.
