I did a pickup order that was supposed to be ready at 6:41pm. I looked at the pickup rack, where my food was not ready. I stood waiting for 20 minutes, zero employees asked what i was waiting on. My food did not show so I had to ask where it was. The guy behind the counter looks At the door dash pick up section, where my food was sitting the entire time. I waited 20 mins for my food that was ready the whole time. This could have been simply avoided, had the employees spoke up and acknowledged guests waiting. It was a very poor experience.
Came here for dinner on a slow Sunday evening. The conditions inside were unsanitary to say the least. We had to search for a table that wasn't covered in crumbs and trash (only 2 tables had people sat). There was trash quite literally overflowing from the can inside the restaurant, tumbling onto the floor. The drink machine had something splattered inside of it. It honestly looked as if this place has not been cleaned in several days. We were appalled. To-go is the only safe option, if you are willing to eat here.
Food was great portion sizes were small, even for a regular. The prices were on the high side for the meal. If you want to save a bit, get the bowl. I have given them three stars for the price and size of the portion.
One of our little familys favorite place to eat. Good is always hot and taste amazing!
Pretty good stuff. Not too expensive, the service was really good and the food came out quickly. I had the BBQ chicken Mac and cheese, and it was very flavorful. The atmosphere of the restaurant was good, and it's set up in a way that splits the dining area into smaller sections so it wasn't too loud.
Service was quick and friendly, food was mediocre and all the tables looked dirty
Great experience and wonderful staff!! They were super accommodating of my shellfish allergy and made sure I could eat and I was safe 10/10!

I really really recommend this place! I ordered online for quick pickup. I tried to make my meal as spicy as I can. I even wrote “prefer very spicy”. Then, when I got my food, it said “I added our smolder boulder for extra spice + put some on the side too. Enjoy!” on its lid. I thought that is so sweet. AND It was exactly the taste I wanted!! I was so touched and was about to go back in there and tip the worker who made it!!!! (My husband stopped me tho lol I was way to hyper) If you ,who made my food, is reading this, I want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I will definitely go back this place again :)))
I love this place super much but now…. We have to order online?!?!?In-person order is so much quicker than online.. I love their food, but now since they want us to order online…. No thanks.Reasons why I don’t like online:They got my order wrong,It was very expensive,And it was cold!!!I usually love this place but not today.
