Stopped in to grab a quick lunch. Was not busy, so I didn't have to wait at all. Got the grilled chicken caesar salad and the buffalo chicken mac. The salad was alright, though a bit weird, not having any romaine in it. The buffalo chicken mac could use some work. The pasta was cooked properly, but had no mornay sauce on it. Just a smidgen of shredded cheese. If you like your pasta plain, this might be the dish for you. The only other beef I have is that the prices listed on the menu were not accurate. Both items I ordered were charged at $1 more than listed on the menu. I get that times are rough, prices are going up, and what not, but be up front about it. Don't lie to me.

Pretty sure I ordered parmesan CRUSTED chicken not parmesan BURNT chicken…

We ordered food last night because my hubby insisted that they had the best food. Not only was the food dry, burnt, sticky, the food at best hardly any flavor, they missed 1/3 of the order leaving my 2 youngest sons with nothing at all to eat and my oldest son with little to eat because they gave him a small when we ordered a large, my food didn't have any Alfredo sauce and my hubby has had constant diarrhea all day. When we called no one answered at the store and when we called door dash he said that he will call us back and never did.We spent $50 bucks for garbage. McDonald's is a 5 star restaurant compared to this location. I say this because we have eaten at many other locations in different states with no issues. The other locations had delicious food.

This is the 2nd time in a row I’ve ordered my noodles with parmesan chicken on top, the receipt has it written on it, and they did not include the chicken (which is $4 extra). I didn’t notice until I made it home, and it’s not worth driving back. So frustrating

I wanted to order Steak Stroganoff but was told they don't have it anymore. But it's still on website. So I ordered Shrimp Scampi. Barely any shrimp and it was very dry. Not good service at all. U do not get what u pay for. Very disappointing

Food was fine but why sooooo wasteful?? Every Single meal was put into a brown paper bag?? So trash was full of paper bags (and plastic) from people walking literally a few feet, taking the food out of the bag, eating, and throwing the bag and plastic bowls away.If dining in why not hand it to the person in the Covered plastic bowl? Or on a re-usable tray? Isn’t that enough waste already? And if the answer is “Covid” I’d re-examine as: no masks, no social distancing, no deep quick cleans as people leave, and food already in covered take away containers (again eat in, or out).Sad. That much waste in 2022 will probably have me and my friends not returning.

It's been a few years since the last I ate here. It's gone downhill since then. The payment system prompts for tipping but then they don't provide service above generic drive-thru fast food. Cleanliness was lacking. Trash cans overflowing. Soda machine was out of several flavors. A full pan of uncut rice krispies was laying uncovered out in the open on the register counter. No ambience or music other than the hum of the soda machines. Nonetheless, the Japanese Pan and Alfredo Montamore were delicious.

We were going to order online and do a pickup but their online ordering won't let you just order as a guest so by the time my wife got everything set up we were at the restaurant. I walked in and i was the only customer in the building, the staff looked at me then finished their conversation before even acknowledging me being in there. so I just stood at the register for about 2 min waiting. We ordered a few of the Mac and cheese dishes and they were flavorless and by far the worst part dry as bones. they put about a teaspoon of cheese sauce in what i would assume is close to 10 ounces of pasta. We used to go to noodles and company all the time for the mac and in the past the noodles were drowned in the cheese sauce in a good way.

I have a service dog and many restaurants will give me trouble with simply having the dog. We walked in and my dog went into a down at my feet whole we ordered. The person at the looked but continued to take the order. Once we were seated, we were treated with respect that I don't get very often with a service dog. It was such a breath of fresh air.

We ordered Noodles from our hotel in downtown Indy. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express across from Lucas Oil Stadium. The delivery was fast and the food was warm when it arrived. We used Door Dash and I'm unsure of our Dashers name but she was really nice and was absolutely enjoying her night. Great attitude.
