Nothing like a good fancy cigar bar complete with a full bar and knowledgeable staff. Spent 4 hours there, a couple cigars, many drinks, lots of good conversation. I will come back next time I am in town.

Very vintage 1950s-like, bar Atmosphere. Extremely enjoyable, Wonderful staff! STRONG Drinks. lolYou walk down steps like your going somewhere secret and run into this treasure! It's a must go! But make sure your dressed decently or you'll feel under dressed for the Atmosphere.Great place to relax after dinner or a night out for stimulating conversation.

We were in town for the Indy 500 and were to meet friends who already enjoying "terrific cocktails". My 19 year old daughter was with us an per Indiana law (I presume) could not come inside. Not the fault of Nicky Blaine's, but a drag nonetheless.

This place did not disappoint. Amazing atmosphere, great cocktails, and cigar list. Our server Brooke was the sweetest and very helpful. We will definitely be back!

NICKY BLAINE'S, I wrote a google review a few years ago now, but it is somehow has been miraculously removed. I think my experience is worth being on record.I wandered in after a Pacers game on a Friday night - paid a cover charge which is more than fine. I approached the bar and ordered a Coors - after tax is was roughly 6 dollars and some change. I paid cash, gave the bartender 8 dollars (in singles). so, a dollar and change for a tip for one bottled beer - pretty standard, right? My friend I was with, found a couple of seats at the bar. Mind you, it was slow for a Friday night. The bartender purposely ignores my friend, who was waiting a good 20-25 minutes. After finally gaining the bartenders attention, my friend politely asked, if he could order a cocktail and a couple of cigars. The bartender, could not be more condensing if he tried, had to acknowledge us - didn't seem interested - only to say the following, "if I take your order, are you going to tip more than your buddy, here?" I was just taken aback because I am 1000% sure I had 8 dollars in my wallet, as it was counted out more than once. I told him, adamantly, that he was tipped for the beer he opened for me. He immediately got very confrontational with me - saying I didn't tip him. Even if he didn't take the time to count it out, how petty can you be? I didn't want to make a big deal out of it, but he then out of nowhere asked if I wanted to step outside to fight him... I am not a confrontational person either. Like I was shocked. My friend then politely asked if there was a manager available. The bartender said, "I am the manager".He continued to insinuate that he wanted to fight me. My friend and I immediately left in disappointment. Thankfully, the doorman was understanding and gave us our cover charge back.Mind you, we were planning on opening a tab, and we would have appropriately tipped on a serviced bill. It's just an utter disgrace this seemed like normal behavior at Nicky Blaine's. Never in my life would I have imagined being treated this way.

Nicky Blaines is probably THE MOST CHILL lounge/bar that I have ever been to. They have a nice compliment of cigars to choose from as well. Our Server Marco was awesome, offering suggestions for both cigars are bourbons. If you want a great place to relax, have a drink and unwind this is it.

I can't believe I haven't been here before. The atmosphere is everything you would expect from an upscale cigar and martini bar. This place is a must if you come downtown for a nice dinner.

We had a wonderful experience last night. The gentlemen at the front door was extremely friendly. He was helpful when it came to our questions prior to entering this establishment.Tried the Portabella mozzarella mushroom from the menu. It was delicious! Ended the evening with an Old Fashion for me and Martini for the wife.

Awesome, great atmosphere and relaxing music

Went in by happenstance during “Bikes on Meridian”. LOVED THIS PLACE! Im a huge fan of the 40’s & 50’s, & this sure had the atmosphere. I was watching for white ties & fedora hats at any moment. The bartender was FLAWLESSLY freindly & had “the look” only EXPERT tenders have. Very relaxing yet exciting place to go… will return!!
