Not overly impressed. Order online. If order over 35.00 = free shipping (and it doesn't take much to get to over 35.00).

Just left the store. Rude and arrogant staff. Treated me like I didn't belong there. Will purchase my pods in another venue.

Went there to learn about the machines to decide which one I wanted. First time I went they didn't open until noon (Monday 3/14/22). Second time I went they closed at 6pm(Thursday 3/17/22). Third time I went at 2:30pm and they closed for lunch until 2:45pm. So they only work 6 hours a day and close the store to take breaks? There are two employees, take turns taking breaks, like all the other stores.Once they finally opened the door at 2:45pm the young lady very rudely told everyone to get in line at the counter to buy pods. This obviously happens all the time because they re-use the handwritten paper sign and stick it in the same spot because there is taper residue there. There were at least 15 people waiting to get in. There is no one walking around to help customers with machines. You have to talk to someone at the counter while people are impatiently waiting to buy pods behind you. There was a young man and you lady working and the young lady was extremely rude to me and all the customers she interacted with. This was on Sunday 3/20/2022.I ended up getting a Nespresso machine but not from the store. I am very disappointed I have to go back to get some pods until my online subscription starts. Hard to make it there on a week day between noon-2pm and 2:45pm-6pm. Would have been nice to have a place to go to try pods before I buy them.

Every time I go there to buy pods the same woman is usually rude, called my card raggedy because it didn’t have a strip on the back to swipe so when I finally just tapped to pay she said it was my fault even though she took my card from me and tried to swipe 200 times, said my chip was bad too. She asked if I recycle my pods which I do and she acted as if I was lying.

I did my research before buying a machine but did go into the store to purchase. I believe it was Rocky who helped me and she was amazing! She didn't try to push the newest machine on me, she took her time to explain the coffee pods and how they are different, what I can and cannot use in my machine, she was just super nice and helpful. I appreciated her. Her customer service skills are fantastic and bubbly!Only reason I am giving a 4 star is I had read online that you can build your own sleeve of pods in store. I was told in the store that is something that you can only do online, but the website does not have that option! That was a big appeal to me about my Nespresso and I would like to know where to actually go to do that. Its very misleading. Also the new machine gift is something like buy 7 sleeve get 2 free, that's still another $70 at least I would have to spend at once, not much of a gift or a deal IMO.

How truly upsetting, I have a gift card to buy a nespresso machine. Decided to drive an hour away from Greenwood to come to the keystone mall to buy my new coffee machine. This is a Friday night and got there at 6:15 pm.. They were closed.... The sign says Monday - Sunday new hours till 6 pm. What a absolute let down. I refuse to spend my money at a place that won't even stay open long enough for most people that get off work to get off in time. Shame on you all.

I just bought my new nespresso machine, was so excited to go to the store to buy and learn all about it. The girl who helped me was so short tempered and didn’t want to talk. I showed her the picture of my machine and she barely paid attention to it. I asked her what she suggested for decaffeinated coffee. She just said we have 3 different ones which one do you want. I had no idea because this is my first time buying this. So I picked from the coffee menu. When she went to get it. I noticed she was on her phone doing her homework. That’s why she didn’t have the time to explain what the differences were or why one was better than the other. She was not helpful and I learned little about this product or the types of coffees that go with it.

Always a good experience.

I love this little place. They always give me good suggestions and samples but I usually go with my staple Ristretto, I tried the longo, smooth I like a high intensity coffee with no acid. I used to own two cafes and their espressos are so consistent and quick to make, so I've always had Nespresso in the morning! I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years. The machines work well too. And sometimes they give you a deal: buy seven sleeves get two, nice!

I interacted with Steven at the Indianapolis store when I was having trouble with my machine after de-scaling. He was very helpful and was able to help me resolve my problem. I so appreciate Steven's help and efficiency to work through my problem. I love my Nespresso!
