I paid for two meals since I pay for them together you only get one dessert in one drink WOWI had pork chops my son had chicken the food is so salty you can't eat it the green beans the pork chops the chicken over-the-top Salt Levins if you going to advertise soul food you need to do a hell of a lot better job because that was a waste of $35 or did you mean SALTED FOOD !!!
so today was my first time eating this so it kind of threw me off when i asked her can i sample what i was getting cause i never ate there before she came out talking about do you sample red lobster and even though i wanted to get smart i anywho i proceeded with my order which was mac and cheese baked beans dressing fish and cornbread (they forgot the cornbread) seasoning wise they are a tad bit heavy in the seasoning on the fish also on the dressing which tasted like stove top but decent i guess the mac and cheese had flavor but dry and the beans were ok i guess i thought they would look and taste as good as it is advertised online i give it a 3/5 but not $20 more like $13 with a $2 dollar tip if i’m speaking honestly
Food is always delicious and fresh!! Only one complaint!! I ordered catfish this morning and got catfish strips!! When I order catfish I want the fillets!! Still tasted wonderful though!! I recommend everything on the menu!!
Customer service was so rude I couldn’t even make a order. I refuse to support an establishment that at the basis cannot respect me. When asked what fried fish is being served I was told look at the board in which the only fish listed was baked tilapia. She stated no it’s catfish and perch which was not listed. I stated I’m sorry I don’t see that to which she replied the menu is listed. I was embarrassed and decided to leave and go to a more suitable establishment. Business longevity is based on word of mouth 1st and taste 2nd. #Whentryingtosupportblackownedgoeswrong
The food was great! I ordered smothered pork chops spaghetti and cabbage everything's just delicious and I really like the lemonade to they will get a return visit!
I was coming in to buy one meal but ended up buying two meals. Best decision ever. The chicken and sides were so delicious. The strawberry & lemon cake was so moist. The marble cake moist too. Let’s not talk about the Kool-aid I was amazed. I’ll be back next week.
Had smothered pork chop that were delicious. Have eaten breakfast here a few times also. You get your money's worth here.
