Not the kind of service that I'm use to with Moe's. Workers acted like it was an inconvenience for me to place an order. Carelessly put together my chicken bowl, which I had to get because they were out of steak. Not only that but they also did not have any queso, which is why I went there in the first place. Overall the experience was horrible. Bad service + bad food = bad time. I would recommend Qdoba but they suck too.
Either my palate has changed or the food offering flavors. I got the Steak Nachos. The meat seems to be highly tenderized which usually tends to make what is being tenderized also very salty, which is what I felt the case was. I did not get much Queso, but it was a measured amount so maybe I had high expectations. I did not get that queso flavoring throughout the nacho. I used to drive a bit as a lunch destination, but after this time, I think I will seek out a new favorite place. There were two food delivery type folks there. One was agitated to get his food to deliver. Kinda bugs me I am right there with cash in hand to get the food and the person cannot have the courtesy to let the staff get to them. There was another delivery guy in the line who was making a big scene about an order that turned out was not placed. Staff was courteous and friendly.

I miss having a Mor’s close to the house and really enjoyed this location. Food was good and seemed fresh. They even had the salsa bowls out just in little containers. :-)
Honestly… you’re better off going to a qdoba. This location was great a couple years ago but it wasn’t so good when I visited last week.
Was downtown Indy for Kurt Vonnegut 100 years celebration. It was close and not busy. The two working were helpful and pleasent.
Close to all IU Health campuses. Great food fine for tacos and quesadillas...

My husband and I mobile order from Moe’s probably once a week. We’ve never had any issues and our order has always been correct. Tonight they forgot our queso so my husband went back to the store and the team there replaced the missing queso for us and gave him a second one for the inconvenience of driving back. Really love this store and appreciate the employees that work here. ?
