Despite it being a weekend and lunch time. We were able to order and sit without delay. A stunning day the patio called us! Our sandwiches were perfect. The Manager actually checked on patrons!
Worst experience ever!!! I will never come back. I order inside 2 sandwiches to go one spud and two drinks to go. 45 mins later I got a put with nothing on it despite the ticket says everything. Sandwiches not made right. The store was a mess non of the workers seemed to care about any part of their job and they were all pretty unpleasant. 45 mins for an entires order to go messed up is crazy.. I’ve been comming here the last 2 years and the last few month this place has turned to trash on service, order times, treatment of guests…. You know what it’s so bad there I’m not even gonna finish this simple because I doubt anyone there cares
This location is very disorganized. Although I could see several employees only one was actually working. Person taking our order seemed confused. Our food was left to sit in the window I finally went up and asked for it.Food itself was ok, if a little cold.
This staff had to be the nicest group ever! They were quick to let us know potatoes would take a bit which was fine. They brought us all we needed and made sure our toddler got his food right away. Ot was so nice and relaxing for a quick bite to eat. Bravo group!
As always great food. Awesome soup. BUT 3.79. For a drink. That might cost.50cents. Or less really
I love the salads from this place, but not anymore. The last few I have ordered were poorly prepared. I can overlook one, maybe two bad experiences but today's was the last chance. The lettuce was old and wilted and there is no excuse for this avocado. It's rotten and disgusting. The person that prepared this and let it be delivered to a customer needs to be retrained on food preparation.
The dirtiest McAlister's we've visited. Napkins and trash on the floor. Each booth we walked past had crumbs and stains. We didn't feel comfortable dining in and felt like we had to spray sanitizer on everything. It may have been an off night, but I wouldn't go back.
The food was fine but the service was terrible. The staff really couldn't get it together, they like everyone else are short staffed but I couldn't even get them to put sugar in tea, getting a sweet tea is the most basic thing on the menu
Sandwich given was not what we order and it was obviously not fresh either. We won't be back to this location due to multiple attempts at giving them the benefit of dought and was not up to par again. The lady left the order I. Window for 10 minutes while she moped and did closing duties. Very unprofessional to say the least.
I love McAllisters but I will not be back to this location. I didn't get the avocadothat was supposed to be on my salad....no big deal had one in the fridge moving on. The salad lettuce was not good. Then I check to see if they did put avocado on my sandwich and this was the lettuce on my sandwich....... even if I didn't check I would've tasted this. Disgusting.
