Friday evening 7PM nobody there. Is counter service or order by app at table. No table service. Sandwiches, salads, soups, baked potatoes. Well made and delicious.
Friday lunch stop at 12:00. About 5 minutes wait to order; 3 registers open. My food came quickly with a smile. Tomato soup was spot on choice; very thick with good flavor. Club sandwich arrived without mayo per my request (sometimes restaurants forget a special request). A tad pricey, but good, fresh food is worth the price.
This is one of the most well ran McAlister's I've been to. Tables are cleaned within mins of people leaving. Very busy location off the interstate. Usually get food right after sitting down or they will be looking for you as you are looking to sit down.
It was ok. I got a french dip and mac and cheese. It's not really something or someplace I really want to eat again. Mac and cheese had no flavor and the sandwich seemed like it was kind of old? It is just not for me.

There is an employee there who whenever he answers the phone he hangs up on me. I’m not sure if he does this to others. The staff knows he’s done it to me multiple times. I don’t know why. I don’t know any of the employees personally, I don’t even know their names. This is rude and disrespectful!! I placed an online order and I like to call and confirm they get it right before it’s delivered because many times it’s missing items. I am very polite with the staff and don’t appreciate this treatment. That one employee needs to be let go. He’s done this consistently and it makes no sense!
Really like this place. Didn't wait to long and person taking my order was very helpful. Nice looking restaurant also. Love their food.
The meal was great as usual. The chicken salad on croissant is always a winner. Plus the folks taking the order and attending the table were very personable.
