I came in to this store to order some sandwiches for take out. The food has always been good, however, this time, they left two food picks hidden inside my sandwich, one on each side. Having left a tip, I was dissatisfied with the level of care they put into their work once I ate into my sandwich. Very unhappy, however, at least I did not break my teeth.
Terrible experience from the moment I tried to place an order (online) and THEN over the phone. It took several calls to even get the order placed. Once I arrived at the deli, the staff staff member was rude and very curt. Additionally, I discovered an iced tea missing from the order when I arrived at my office though it was paid for and on my receipt. I will not be going back.
All the ones I have been to are fine except for the one in Lafayette IN. They really need to hire a cleaning crew. I can write my name in the dust on the blinds
Ordered a Harvest Chicken Salad which is a sandwich on the menu. Received a salad with a huge serving of chicken salad on it. Great value, but maybe they should consider changing the name of it is that confusing for the staff.
Okay whoever the higher ups are for this mccalisters they need to recognize this young man by the name of tim.he was very helpful and has the best customer service I've seen in years.literally wish I owned my own company I would higher him for management. He was spot on the entire time I was there and very people friendly.yall are lucky he hasn't been swooped up by another company....
Love love love McAlister food great Employees clean, friendly, and fast. Love dining out on the patio. Tea and Lemonade to die for by the cup or Gallon.
My visit was on Wednesday Nov4. They were super busy, line out of the door. Most people would be annoyed by the wait in line, but it moved quickly. The team members were working quick and efficient. The lady who took my order was accurate, and the women in the kitchen and expediting the food crushed it!
Even though they were short staffed, but then every restaurant is, everyone was pleasant and courteous. Our large to-go order was filled as promptly as possible and with a smile.
Food was great and we even treated ourselves to a piece of carrot cake-yummy!
The Speedway location continues to have problems getting orders filled correctly. They always correct it but it's never right to begin with.
