Honestly disappointed in this location when we went. We absolutely LOVE the location in Avon, since we were at the mall we decided to go to this location. Lesson learned.My bf & I ordered the exact same thing. Chicken Caesar salad and a shareable nacho and cheese.They gave him a full portion of salad gave me a little less than half and chucked a small chip bag amount of chips on the other half of my plate along with the cup of cheese. There wasnt enough chips for us to share, again a small chip bag amount for a shareable nacho and cheese?Then when we tried to let them know that they didn't give me a full portion of salad, not even a half portion. We showed his portion and mine. We were told by the girl working the counter we would have to purchase another salad if I wanted more. After trying to explain the situation again she walked back into the kitchen and we ended up leaving because she hadn't come back out but was standing there texting.
Tamika is the best! I ordered from your website online and there was a slight mistake. She offered to take care of everything! I was going to come in store to get correct item but time didnt allow. So... I ordered another meal thru door dash today and called to see if she could just add the missing item in that order and she did! Amazing customer service! Thank you Tamika!
One customer in front of us yet it still took me going to the counter after waiting 25 minutes for our food to be brought to our table.Food was just sitting in the kitchen window getting cold/warm.80 percent of the tables were covered with dishes and dirty.Sandwiches were sloppily thrown together bread was soggy.We were there on a Saturday about 4p.We will never choose to go back to that location.
Delicious, and staff are super friendly. Great lunch date with the family.
Service and food were not what I've come to expect from McCallister's. Subpar. We were the first for lunch on a Tuesday - no other customers in house; so even the slight delay was unexpected. Wait staff definitely treated us as if we were a bother. Some pieces of chicken were very tough. Again, all around not the McCallister's experience we are used to at other locations.
Signage recommended trying the order-from-the-table feature in their app. Don't do it. The food took ten minutes longer than expected, was cold, and was not made properly .
We love the food. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is friendly. The ace is not very clean (tables and floors). They may be short staffed.
The manager “Tamika Bells” was beyond rude and she has no customer service. There was a hair found in my Ultimate Nachos today and I was wanting to alert the M.O.D.(manager on duty). Well the busser notified Ms.Bells and from the kitchen I heard “Show me the proof!” In a loud-ghetto like manner. Like I would lie about the obvious inconvenience. Tamika then proceeds to come around to the cashier stand and directs me over to the register. Not once did she apologize for the inconvenience. She assumed I wanted a refund, because she handed me a receipt with my refund and walked away ever so rudely. Coming from a manager in the restaurant business I personally don’t think she should be the face of any restaurant of McAllister’s.
Normally i love McAllisters but this one just doesn’t pay attention to detail. I ordered my sandwich online with no bacon, instead they still put bacon and didn’t put my avocado…i normally wouldn’t care abt a small mess up but it’s against my religion to eat pork so i just threw away the sandwich. Then when i called for a replacement they asked me to bring in the sandwich to get it replaced? That’s ridiculous. If the cooks would just double check their tickets and whoever is bagging to go should be double checking too this could just have been avoided
We went for lunch. Waited 30 min after ordering. My salad had ice chunks in it and the lettuce obviously was frozen and old. My chicken salad sandwich had minimal chicken salad on it.
