After shopping for groceries, we were on our way home and we're trying to find a place to eat. As we neared the area, McAllister's was in sight. My SIL and I went in. We ordered our lunch to I go. I couldn't wait to get home. The food as always was very, very good and today it tasted very,very good. I just wished I lived closer so I could go to McAllister's more often. The prices, service and the delicious meal. A person can't go wrong eating at this restaurant.
Ordered delivery for an office luncheon. Ordered two extra dressings for two salads. No extra and only one dressing for two of the same large salads. Called the location and nobody answered the phone. Very disappointed.Other than that the food was good.
I should have read the reviews! AVOID!How do you serve a potato with no butter!That was a very expensive spud since I upgraded and “got” extras.Absolute trash! This potato was dry as the desert. I also bought a brownie I think expired in 2021. I suggest you eat anywhere but here.Also- my order was ready before the cashier finished my payment- it was painful.She had to call the manager to help her after I had to insist on a receipt- the manager never even acknowledged me. This place is a hot mess In the worst way
Placed an order today at McAllister‘s around 326. I picked up my food around 342 when I walked in I was greeted by the cashier at the register. It was a young man fair complexion had a couple of dreads in his head I explain to him that I was doing a pick up. he pointed to some shelves in the corner and said your meal should be over there. I retrieve my food when I grab my drink the drink overflowed and spilled onto the floor I looked in my bag for napkins there were no napkins I ask for napkins he gave me some napkins got home about 4:16 at that time I realize that my order was incomplete I had bought a salad of the pick two and a spud. the salad was to come with some ranch, there was no ranch, spud with supposed to come with sour cream and butter there was no sour cream nor butter in the bag I tried to call the 259- 4000 number that’s listed on all of the websites however this is a nonworking number I called three times and no one answered it wrong for so long that it ended up in a busy signal. I apologize for assuming a 25 dollar meal from Mccalister would be correct. But to add insult to injury the number is a non working number, or realistically, the employees don’t answer the phone. Do Better!!!
French dip so melt in your mouth. This place is clean, comfortable and great customer service. I try to come everytime I come back to Indiana.
Very good services, even though they was short staff they made it work . Enjoyed my food very nice.
Ordered curbside to go and apparently that's not a thing here? Had to go in to the counter and still wait in line because they didn't even have to go food out to grab and go. I tipped because I thought I was getting food brought to my car.
