Hubby and I were there on Race Day and ordered margaritas, which took about 10 minutes to arrive. We placed our order and after about 10-15 minutes later, our food comes out. I had a few bites and then I get mine in a takeaway box and hubby eats his. Got home and about 2 hours later, he threw up his dinner. I contacted them and haven’t heard anything back. We used to go there 2-3 times a month, but no more. I guess they were too busy giving the people on the patio free drinks because they said there was a fly in their 90% gone drink.
As I sit here in Lucianas writing this, I am very very displeased with the customer service was less than up to par, our waitress was rude and got my order wrong and had the audacity to have an attitude when I corrected her but at this point I’m over it… I say this to say the food awesome the service hell no I will never dine in again because o definitely don’t feel welcome but I’ll definitely order to go
Enjoyed my experience @ Lucianas. Food was hot and fresh and came out fast. Some of the best Mexican food I've had in Indy. Would highly recommend the queso and Enchiladas.
New favorite Mexican restaurant nearby for my wife.My wife is partial to cleanliness, good service, and fresher than avg ingredients and decent wine selection. Luciana's fits all that.Parking is a little madness given small lot in front.

One of my favorite places to eat in Broad Ripple. The food is good (fajitas and the shrimp tacos) and very cheap drinks. Service is great....both bartenders are awesome. Highly recommend!
Such a lovely, inviting experience. They happily helped us switch tables to better accommodate our party of 9. They were very quick to greet us, bring drinks, and help our kids get fed first before they got hangry. The food was delicious and the margaritas were plenty. Friendly staff. Loved our waitress.
I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is always top-notch as well as the service! Golden Enchiladas are definitely a favorite?
Such good food! They were kind of busy due to it being a lunch rush so the small, very small parking lot was full....but it was worth searching for somewhere to park. It was delicious and I'd definitely go back!
