Not busy at all, which was unexpected for a Saturday morning. Our server was new, but did his best to meet our needs. Only had to request cream and sweetener for the coffees after they were brought out. The meals came out relatively quick, but that is about where the positives end. The biscuits and gravy: biscuits were tender and had good flavor, the gravy however was lackluster to say the least. Good consistency but truly lacking in any flavor. You would think with a pork sausage gravy there would be some spice or some hints of sage... even with the adding of salt and pepper, little changed in the blandness that was on the plate. A side of wheat toast was ordered and for the price, it was one slice, cut in half and not even buttered. Nor was any butter or jams/jellys available on the table. The home fries were standard on on the plates and were decent. The pancake stack: nicely portioned, but lacked the fluffiness and subtle flavor notes like cinnamon or vanilla. Eggs are good as long as they are cracked eggs. If they are scrambled or in an omlette, then they are just egg beaters style. Final note, after so long they still have an announcement on their entrance saying how short staffed they are and are trying to deal with that. This long into the pandemic, if they haven't figured out the appropriate way of addressing that then it is on them, and they should not try to pawn off their inability to provide quality food and service onto lack of employees. There are many restaurants that run in much fewer workers that pump out amazing experiences and dishes.

Looking for brunch at 11am on a Saturday, Le Peep had the shortest wait time (25 minutes vs. 1 hour elsewhere). Sadly, eating here was a mistake. This was the worst restaurant we've been to in at least 4 years. The highlight of the meal was definitely the coffee - we had the Carmel Macchiato and a hazelnut cappuccino. The cups were sticky with coffee spilled down the sides, but the flavors were fantastic! The most disappointing part of the experience was waiting on our food. It took around 40 minutes from when we ordered to get the food. In that time, our waitress never stopped to check in in us or let us know why it was taking so long. Then, quite oddly, several tables got food at the same time as us. Even people who were seated after we had ordered.I think the kitchen is in need of some more experienced staff. The food was not worth the wait. We ordered Eggs Benedict and Biscuits and Gravy. The hollandaise sauce was broken and the biscuits and gravy was barely above room temperature. On top of that, everything was bland and very plain. The only seasoning to speak of was paprika that they put on top of everything. The home fries were okay, but not crispy at all. You can get better fried potatoes at any other breakfast place.Unfortunately, we won't be coming back. If you are considering Le Peep, I recommend waiting in line somewhere else. First Watch (right down the street from Le Peep), Wild Eggs, and Yolk are all great.

Walked in the door, asked to be seated and was told it would be about 10 minutes. 15 minutes later, after they had seated several people that came in after me, I approached the hostess and asked about getting seated. The first hostess I spoke to had not added my name to the waitlist. The second hostess seated me at the bar and said she would send someone right over to take my order. Three different employees acknowledged me but no one offered to take my order. After waiting another 5 minutes or so I gave up and went elsewhere. Would not recommend.

My hubby and I sat down for breakfast today and we got in just before the morning rush. Yay! The hostess could stand to put a smile on her face when greeting customers to make you feel welcomed. Our waitress Mia was very pleasant and helpful with our order since it was our first time. Thanks again Mia! It was cold inside the restaurant and I let Mia know then a short while later the manager came out to turn the heat up although not by much. I ordered the Logger w/bacon & green peppers which was good and pancakes. I'm leaving 4 stars because the pancakes looked and tasted like hot water cornbread. Yes! Hot water cornbread. I took a bite and didn't finish them. Not sure what batter they use but they might want to change it.

Great food! Mimosas! Get here early. You know it's good when the locals show up early!

I had lunch before heading back to Ohio, if I could take your server Milly back to Ohio with me, I would! She is the example of an AMAZING server and could teach people a few things. She was fun, sweet and attentive. You guys truly have a gem with her!

Visited on Sunday morning. Waited ~ 20mins to be seated. Food was very good, Mily was a great hostesses. Will visit again.

This is a hip little joint and food is fantastic! We will be coming back next visit

Waited 45 minutes to be seated then order and waited another hour and food was not served. The waitress Nina act bother when we asked for refills. People coming in after us got their food. We ended up leaving. If I could give this place a -10 I would!!!

My family and myself intended to come here for brunch (11:30) and were told when we arrived that it was a 45 minute wait to be seated. It ended up being closer to an hour, but that was easy to overlook, because things change. It took 10 minutes for the server to even show up to our table in the first place, and she mixed up our orders. Again, easy to overlook. She told us it was going to be 25-35 minutes for our food to come out, so we ordered as quickly as we could. It ended up being a 2 hour ticket time and 3 tables came in, ordered their food, and left before we even got our food. When the food came out it was lukewarm, bordering on cold, but that that point we didn't want to turn it into a dinner date so we ate our food and left instead of reordering. Throughout the whole waiting time we saw our server twice and both times were because she was arguing with another table about how long their food was taking. To the server with the neck tattoo, very poor performance overall and a critical lack of professionalism under pressure. Short staffing is one thing, taking it out on your table is another.
