My husband and I dined in at approximately 4:30 p.m this afternoon. I must say, the service was terrible. We were provided chips and salsa upon arrival; however, we were not asked our drink order. Within fifteen minutes, my husband and I had finished our chips and salsa before the waiter returned to take our drink order. Our food arrived swiftly; however, our waiter did not stick around to see if we needed anything or if everything was to our satisfaction. We received no drink refill, no salsa refill, there were items we needed to go with our meal. As our waiter did not return, we requested the assistance of another waiter only to hear, “I’m not your waiter.” You heard correct, “I’m not your waiter.” My husband and I could not believe the lack of service. My husband had to go and retrieve a to go container as our waiter did not return. We prepared to go to the cashier as we waited and waited for a bill that did not arrive. I was extremely disappointed. The only positive interaction was a waiter who saw me carrying two items while waiting in line who kindly gave me a bag. For the record, the establishment was not yet busy, many tables empty. There was no excuse for the terrible service and we will not return to the La Hacienda located at 5625 Lawton Loop E. Drive.

I have eaten here more than once. The food is usually good and service is likewise. Prices are very reasonable. Atmosphere is nice and the place is clean. Nothing to complain about.
The dip was good, chips and salsa was good, pretty much everything except for the chicken/beef in a dish that was so dry! The quesadillas are good but anything else with chicken in it tastes bad bc of said meat.
I'm reviewing the restaurant on Fox Road. Three times now I have ordered Quesadilla Del Mar from the Fox Road site for carry out. Twice the order the order was wrong and once the food was burned. I've been to the one at Fort Ben and I've had no complaints.
Avoid this place!! Ordered delivery and the meal came missing half of the ingredients and the queso was cold. Called the store and didn't even get an apology. How disgusting to know they microwave their queso. Came here every week for food but not anymore. DISGUSTING FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
We go here alot. The food is good and service is usually super fast. Margaritas are good, but they recently jacked up the margarita prices by alot! You can get them much cheaper at literally every other restaurant. That's the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. The dollars per ounce also varies greatly depending on the size margarita you get.
Great food at reasonable prices. The service was slow today. I think the gorgeous weather caught them short-handed for the Saturday lunch crowd. Service here is usually very quick! It was a beautiful day to sit on the patio, so the delay wasn't an issue.
