6:30 pm, customers lined up everywhere and not a single checkout lane open? We are expected to “self-checkout” an entire cart of groceries? Absolutely pathetic customer service. I’ve been a loyal Kroger customer for many years but this will be my last visit here. This company has absolutely pathetic management
