There used to be a Krispy Kreme up in Fort Wayne, but they closed that one since. It was a perfect last stop in Indy to get some! Of course, we HAD to get 2 dozen!
When I ordered they forgot my dozen glazed. Was not happy. Then I placed a sperate order for 2 drinks waited and waited watching the workers joke and play on their phones I finally had to go up there and have them make my drinks. Overall I know it's still new here however my donuts were amazing!
I love Krispy Kreme. 1 star because they’re serving at five minutes per car. I waited 25 minutes for four cars in front of me. I’m a fast food manager. That’s RIDICULOUS and how you anger every single customer. I’d let that go but when I got to the window I was treated with a combination of indifference and mild rudeness. The cashier checked her phone three times while I was at the window and sort of just stood around for five minutes while I was there. Phones out by cashiers is a credit card security risk, Mr. Manager. Manager was literally standing around doing nothing. Three other employees were cleaning and no one seemed to be preparing orders. AFTER I was cashed out I was told they were out of several of the flavors in my premium variety sampler. When I got home there were five glazed originals of the dozen variety I ordered. One of my cream filled donuts was squished. D- report card Krispy Kreme, D-. I’ll be contacting corporate.
Krispy Kreme has a nostalgic experience for me, so I’m glad they opened one so close to home. The staff is very friendly, the donuts fresh, and the wait wasn’t too bad. I’m planning to try their coffee soon!
I don't mind making the 40 minute drive for Krispy Kremes but this is unacceptable. I ordered the cinnamon rolls that you can only get on Sunday's and this is what I got. What even is this? The scraps? $8.49 for 4. Crazy
You've got to love a warm Krispy Kreme! I like the original, they melt in your mouth. My daughter likes the chocolate dipped with sprinkles.
Hosted a small gender reveal today for our baby due in August, and Joey at Krispy Kreme near Castleton offered amazing customer service to make our vision come to life! We wanted gender reveal donuts with the inside filling representing blue for boy or pink for girl. I took my envelope there with my gender results, on a short notice at that, and Joey and the team were able to make my donuts and have them ready for pick up in a few days! They came out so cute and we couldn’t see the filling at all until we bit into it. Thanks for the awesome customer service!!

This place holds so much nostalgia for me! I remember going to the location in greenwood as a child with my parents and being so entertained by watching the doughnuts being made. Walking in there today, I was thrown right back to 1999!The staff was really friendly, the store looks amazing, and the doughnuts are great! I understand everyone has their loyalty to doughnut shops in Indy but there is a reason Krispy Kreme became such a large and popular store. They are great tasting and they are consistent.
Great experience at the very first Krispy Kreme in Indy. Staffs are very friendly. Fresh glazed donut is the best donut I’ve ever tasted.
