The incinerated chicken was old and fried in old grease...the fries were the same and the cole slaw was rotten..I would have left negative stars if it were possible!

Chicken was good but it seems to get smaller every time and yet the prices go up. It takes more to feed my family and not because they eat more, so not sure of the value anymore. I went to Kroger and bought chicken and although it tastes different, it was very good. The pieces were at least a third bigger and about half the price.
Not a good sandwich at all. The chicken was tough; there were grizzle pieces and areas that were only breading. Fries were OK.
Friendly staff even late at night! Very positive experience. I will return!
It had been years since I had a 3 piece. I recommend getting dark meat. Normally a Popeyes guy, but the crispy KFC gets a 10 from me. And a surprise chocolate chip cookie for desert. Thanks!!

Went to the store and they said they were only doing pick up orders. Ordered on the phone from the parking lot. Paid for it. Then no one would answer the door, drive through, or phone. Store hours indicate they are open for multiple more hours.
The cashier Brandon was a Really Great Worker. I don't go to KFC alot but I might go more if he works more. Make him a manager or at least give him a raise. Was knowledgeable about the menu and was kind enough to remind me to check my bag to make sure we got all our items.
