While the food was delicious, they need to work harder on the service.
Just visited to pick up gravy and biscuits for my familys easter dinner and couldnt have received worse service from more rude people someone should train the young ladys you have at this location to be more respectful someone could get hurt acting the way they do
This is a horrible Restaurant to visit Based on Management and Lack of Supervision, Drove there twice the first time I was told a 30 minute wait on a Pot Pie Returned 40 minutes later this time I go in asked we're the pot pies up, the cashier said yes placed my order for k15 Pot Pie soft drink & Cookie after 13 minutes I asked could I just have the pot pie handed to me some young guy stated he's the supervisor and his name is Dre told me No Customers were in front of me and Purposely took his time to Refund my Money after I decided just refund my money on the Grounds of customerservice as a cashier I would've just handed over the pot pie to the waiting customer HORRIBLE PLACE
Terrible management and an even worse staff. If you go here your order will be messed up and you will get treated rudely by management. They completely messed my order up and then told me I need to drive 15 mins back to the store at 9 pm with my kids to replace it instead of hanging it properly I was met with attitude and rudeness. Shanika has to be the worse "manager" I have ever seen.
Petty establishment at best. To increase the peace avoid. Attitudes; funky. Service is poor. Have a good life in another dead end job if working and start a second job with these workers.
Had to go in to order because they never get it right at the window.we ordered the chicken tender combo, with two large drinks, they gave us medium drinks had to ask for the large. When we got home the chicken and the fries was so over cooked you could not chew it.not happy . And I don't know why they got rid of the potato wedges they are better than the fries.
I will never eat here again I ordered my food got home the chicken stinks like it was spoiled. I know yall know people can die from spoiled meat wasted my money and it was not cheap ....disgusting
Worst KFC in Indianapolis. Avoid at all cost. Or save yourself the time and just throw your money directly into the trashcan.
Worst KFC ever. Chicken was super greasy. Couldn't eat biscuit because it absorbed some of the pool of grease it was sitting in. Fries were limp and slightly cold. Asked for non sweet tea got sweet tea. Girl acted as it was a long line behind me when I was ordering but there wasn't anyone.
Loved they allowed dining in. Employees were a lot friendlier than the Arlington location. Food was good as usual.
