Told me 5 mins on chicken breast. Was 15 mins later I got it.0727/2022 no waited 40 mins for my food. They are all on bs. Filled 10 orders while I waited. I feel there racist.
This place is a JOKE…I went and spent $60 on lunch and they had no biscuits or mac and cheese ready. They told me that the biscuits were cooking and to wait 11 mins I waited, Only to find out that they werent even cooking the biscuits and that all he would exchange the biscuits for was a side of mac and cheese! They definately need to learn out to have food ready especially during lunch time!
Absolutely disgusting! Celing falling in, bugs on the floor. NOT ONE table clean, I had to clean it myself. Food took 40 minutes to be made and we were the only people there. No one bought our food to us they just sat it on the counter. No ice in the machine cause he didn't want to fill it. And the bathrooms!! My God awful. HEALTH department needs to shut this location down now
Food is ok. But what the…. WHY IS SO DIRTY and sticky floor??? Why nobody don’t clean up???And I don’t recommend use restroom ??♀️
Food was nice and warm, which is a huge plus when ordering delivery. The only downside to my experience with this particular KFC was receiving fries with my order instead of the mashed potatoes and gravy. Only a fool would order fries instead of their famous mashed potatoes and gravy.
Every time I go by the place they're always out of original I'm tired of crispy. I go in the evening time and there's none there and I don't have time to wait it got plenty of crispy but not original. You would think if you run out of original like that you will make more and have less of the crispy. Some days I get good customer service others is horrible.
The wait to order in drive-thru was 10 minutes long (there were 3 cars ahead of me). I received my order fairly quickly, which meant my chicken wasn't hot when put in my bowl of not-quite-hot mashed potatoes, corn, and gravy. The meal tasted okay. I just wish that it had been served hot.
Place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Rust and crud on vents of back wall of kitchen. Mud all over the kitchen floor. I finally made it to the counter to make my order after about 20 minutes. Then, I was told there would be a 30 minute wait for original recipe. That's when I left. The longer I stood there, the more I noticed.
Shows up at 6pm on a Sunday. Speaker says they are closed but 8 cars in parking lot. Pull around after setting a couple mins thinking maybe that's not right. Go inside to see a group of 4 other people be told a 45 min wait for Chicken. 45 mins?! After looking around at the restaurant, it's dirty. Nasty food debris buildup, trash debris. It's turned me off from ever visiting again unless noticing the exterior gets cleaned up as well. I'm glad I saw the interior now because I know to avoid.

It is a complete joke...-Nashville hot chicken at this location.
