Please get new management we need mature people who care about following the recipe cleanliness in themselves and the way they handle our food. This is very important good customer service means everything. And fresh clean food is a must no one and I mean no one should pay their hard earned money for GARBAGE service.

Drive thru young lady was friendly, but check your bags missing a food item tried to call them to tell them no one answered the phone called 3 times

Food was good but service was confusing. Got our order wrong, gave us no utensils, said they didn't carry sugar for unsweetened tea. Girl at window obviously new but all I have to say is "WOW"!
I just spent 80 something dollars at your location on Pendleton Pike. Just to get home to find there was a large coleslaw missing a large mashed potato missing a large mac and cheese missing and two gravies missing. Had no straws in my bag had no napkins in my bag. That would be theft I almost want to call the police. Is someone came in there and try to take your food without paying you would call the police correct? I was as robbed my money by you not putting in my bag while I paid for. I'm going to spread your store all over like butter everyone's going to know about this. And the chicken looks old. And whoever the guy was that was back there the road his eyes because I decided I didn't want no chicken wings I hope it smacks your brains.
Just went through the drive through and ordered a 10pc buckets meal. I was unfortunately missing a couple pieces of chicken, when I went back to the store and the manger Shauntae(hopefully I spelled his name correctly) got me squared away immediately with some fresh chicken. This location will definitely continue to get my business.
This is by far one of my most favorite KFC's to go to. Not sure what the gentleman's name was behind the counter taking my order but he was so full of energy it made me enjoy eating at this establishment. The food was hot and the extra crispy chicken was for sure extra crispy. It was clean and sanitized. Highly recommend.
If I could rate zero I would. First of all no one told the employees to apply to kfc, therefore what was the reason for them having an attitude while taking my order? Not only did they over charge me but I asked for my food fresh and of course I got cold food. 0 out of 10 would not recommend.
