1st visit:“You can only get a drink if you get a meal”-So I can’t get a sandwich and a just a drink? “No you have to get the meal”Since when do you HAVE to buy a meal to get a drink?2nd visit:“We are not taking orders”-Why not?“We just aren’t taking orders”I get it that stuff happens and you cannot always take orders. But there’s no need for being rude to customers. Explain to them what’s going on and apologize for inconvenience. Don’t make the customer feel like they’re an inconvenience so they don’t want to come back. This location needs employee training.

The worst KFC I have ever had. Slow service and their chicken look like been cooked a week ago ?

I leave a lot of reviews, but this this the first negative review I have ever left, but I felt the need to leave it after this evening’s trip (and my last one).First, they never have standard items (like original recipe, dark) available. Every time I go to this location, it’s a terrible experience.Tonight, I came through and ordered original recipe, but obviously the were out, so I went with crispy (not a huge deal). I ordered both sides as Mac & Cheese, paid for an extra biscuit with honey, and a spicy chicken sandwich.I got home to find that I had cold slaw and mashed potatoes (not Mac n cheese), the chicken sandwich only has sauce, no pickles or mayo that come standard on that sandwich, and no honey in the bag. Literally, the only thing they got right was my chicken that wasn’t even what I came there to get, but had to settle for.I was too tired to drive all the way back, so I threw everything away except the chicken. $17 for three pieces of chicken.Again, if this was the first time I had a bad experience at this location, or even the third time, I wouldn’t leave a bad review. However, the consistent failure to provide even the most simple order, left me feeling obligated to leave this review.

We ordered the online exclusive eight piece +8 tenders meal and our order came without tenders. No big deal… Except when I try to call to get the order right, it rings and rings and rings and then goes to a busy signal. They’re not even taking calls… What’s sad is I’m getting used to horrible customer service across-the-board. Chick-fil-A still hires good managers and employees. Everyplace else has unqualified managers and is under-staffed

Terrible customer service double chargedy card had to go all the way back in the store for a refund on only one to top it off they rushed me to come back in and the man was rude and my bowl I ordered wasn't even made correctly was allashed potatoes no corn and hardly any chicken and it was burnt smh won't be going back there

You can only order through the drive through. Dont think about the lobby. Period. I live literally a 2 minute walk away, and with my car in the shop i figured i could walk in a grab something real quick. All doors LOCKED, even though the doors say lobby open till 9 pm. This was at 6pm. Exact same experience a couple months ago at NOON. Avoid this location like the plague, staff obviously lazy.Edit: Looking at all these great reviews including the lobby being nice and all are obviously paid for. Hard to rate a lobby you cant get into. Looks nice cause no one is ever in it.

This place is horrible. Today I was told my order would take 20 minutes. I agreed to wait. I waited 45 minutes before calling the store( you can't go inside). I was then informed their fryers were being worked on. Imagine my frustration. Not only did I not get my order, I wasted 45 minutes waiting for nothing.

Went for lunch today. The person/car in front of me drove off, that should’ve been my clue to leave. I drive to the speaker, no greeting, I said hello, no response. There’s only one car in front of me. After another six minutes, I say hello, the speaker is active but still no response from the worker. I again say hello, a female voice says we heard you the first time, obviously we’re busy. I say you could let the customer know. She sounds something as I was rolling up the window and driving off. Customer service is at an all time low. I would never pull into the parking lot again.

The young gentleman at the counter was very sweet and his customer service skills are on point! Best I've seen from a man of his age for sure! Food was fresh but seasoning was lacking on the original recipe. I couldn't even see the pepper sprinkles.
