My family has been to this KFC many times over the last 3 years. We’ve had issues with waiting a long time for our order in the past but today was the worst. Today will also be our last time coming here. We waited in the drive through today for 15 minutes when an employee informed us that they were no longer serving costumers because they ran out of chicken!! They could have told us before we sat there and waited for 15 minutes. Wasted our time. Customer service is lacking.
Every time we try and go here it's either closed, a long wait (20+min) or they are out of everything and you finally have to ask what DO you have then just to try and order. It doesn't help that the workers are rude as can be. Either do better at this location or just shut it down.
Worst service I’ve ever seen. How are you still operating? You never have food, very rude employees who need to quit their job if their so miserable ? quit taking it out on others. No manners, pass out free food yet never have anything other than just some chicken. And tell you in the tone that says “deal with it” KFC CORP DO BETTER
This is not only the worst KFC I've been to, it's the worst restaurant period. Rude employees who are clueless. Unable to refund orders that they screwed up. Put an order in on the app for a scheduled pickup an hour and 15 minutes later. Showed up on time and they were out of chicken, you know.....the thing they're known for. Stay away
I was just down there and spent$61 and I didn't get one biscuit I was supposed to get 8 and tried calling and no one answered. Not happy about spending that much and not getting my full order!The food was good overall though
Ordered a combo of Popcorn chicken side of coleslaw it comes with a biscuit and a drink did not receive the biscuit at all got fries instead of coleslaw I added a large mashed potatoes and gravy and receive half an order of fries and maybe 10 pieces of chicken only
They don’t deserve the 1 star! The cashier was nice until I had to drive around & go back in cause my order was missing fries. I was denied a receipt at the window & said the printer was broke. When I went in to get my fries, the printer worked! Went back to my car opened my sandwich it was wrong, went back in! Got accused of being funny by the lady on line. Rude af an told me I couldn’t get a refund. That’s a lie! I called the corp office ?
Not only was this the best one of four potpies, but they refused to give a receipt, then refused to give the money back because we didn't have a receipt.(@ roughly 12:30 today).. Corporate and BBB will e Co tacted first thing in the morning..
Went to KFC Emerson by interstate, chicken was spoiled. Nasty. Called , no one answered. Definitely not recommend.
I used to love to eat here! But nowadays the girl taking orders is barely understandable, and her large angry manager wants to stand in the window giving me attitude every time. At least my last four times going there were huge disappointments and the worst service I've ever seen. They've shorted me coleslaw and mashed potatoes, then act like I'm lying. No ice in the drinks. This location has went completely down hill in the last year.
