This is my third time come to this KFC AND THE FOOD ALWAYS BAD. This time I had long gray hair on my food. And when I bought it back.. the manager got attitude about the food. Top it off, it wasn’t wat I order.
If I could give no stars or negative ones I would horrible service messed my food up didn't give us any sauces fries were hard gave wrong food and no one would answer the phone our dinner absolutely SUCKEDNever be getting from here again ??
worst experience ever. came to pick up two uber eats orders and stood in the lobby for 20 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. orders were piled up on the screen. the longest one being over an hour wait time. manager was yelling at an employee for the managers own mistake. manager was also rude and cussing loudly to the same employee. when i was finally acknowledged, she didn’t bother coming to the counter but instead was yelling from behind the kitchen and getting an attitude when she couldn’t hear what i was saying. after another 20 minutes i finally i got the first order but they looked at me as if i was stupid while waiting for the second. i didnt get that one for another maybe 15 minutes. this establishment is awful and definitely needs to do better. i have never been to such a terribly run store in my life.
Only giving 3 stars because the food was cooked and packed right. Other than that it was a terrible experience at the store. I walked in to place my order. I thought there was 3 guest in the dining room. One was waiting for his food and the other 2 we're eating at a table. I walked up to the register and there was no one there. I waited for about 5 min before someone came up to the register. He told me he would get someone. Waited about another 3 min and someone else came up to the register. They took my to go order but had to go to the drive thru register to take my payment. I got my drink and was handed my receipt with the change rolled up inside of it. A few minutes go by and another customer comes inside. After he stands there for about 4 minutes the CSR finally comes back. She greets him by telling him if he wants to order he must go through drive thru. He said he had been waiting for a while and he would like his order taken inside. She refuses and makes him go through drive thru. Then asked me what I ordered. Guy in front of me got his food and it was missing items. 10 minutes after I ordered I finally got my food. The 2 guest's that were eating were employees that figured since they were on their break did not have to do anything besides be loud and annoying. They could have at least yelled to the back that there was customers. Overall the food was good but the customer service was terrible. The guy they told to go through drive thru, what if he wanted to dine in?
My favorite Indy KFC right here!! If im within 10 miles of this place i go out of my way for the love they show their customers with their actions and the way they make our food! Ima creature of habit so its always a chicken potato bowl with extra gravy but it's always made with love!! ❤️
I'm not sure if the staff was having a rough night or not but a lot of unprofessional things were happening and I didn't care for it. The staff fixed their mistakes when presented with their errors but those mistakes didn't have to happen. They could have given us something for the multiple inconveniences they accumulated for us. Oh yeah and the KFC company stopped selling the vegan meat , booooo! Not planning on going back.
The worst service ever. Waited 10 minutes at drive thru. I pulled up to the window concerned. The manager stated she was doing a shift change stated she had mentioned it on the speaker and told me I cannot place an order at the window. My response was I did not hear anyone respond even after blowing my horn. Is this how customer service should be ? The sign states if you are hearing impaired to come to the drive through window to place an order. Very unprofessional I would not recommend this location.
My wife went got the Nashville hot wings . No complaints.so guess it was delicious.
Very nice staff totally over worked I'm sure and had to deal with several rude and impatient customers but was just as nice and helpful when she waited on me! She deserves recognition!
Pickup services suck... No one should have to ask for silverware with a to go order it should already be given. Employees need to do better as well as management
