The food its overfried fully cooked but dried, the lady attending the counter was not kindly, I did cath quickly my order she only put on the counter without review and the food was going turning down side. May be its the last time coming this location. I paid for my food she needs be more kind, the place to dine in not clean. I understand if she was having a not good day but it's not my problem.

Kellie was horribly rude in the drivethru when was trying to explain that my grandmother did not receive the correct change back on our order. The total was $24.05 all together. My grandmother handed the cashier $30 and a nickel, which is $30.05. The correct change my grandmother should have received was $6 back. She received $5.95. Although she was only missing a nickel, she still decided to say something. The man in the window working cashier got Kellie. She took the $5 and 95 cents in change back from my grandmother. After 5 minutes, she handed her back a $1 and said "have a nice night."I was not having it at that point. I spoke up and said, "well where is the other $5 then?" And Kellie proceeded to say, "Um I gave it to you." And slammed the window in my grandmothers face.We waited about 15 minutes. I even called the store and was hung up on by Kellie. Kellie and another girl working threatened to call the cops and exclaimed, "have fun waiting all night!"The man in the window came back while my grandma was still trying to get Kellie's attention to receive her correct change. He apologized and said there isn't anything that he can do and that they are his managers. My grandma replied, "well whatever happened to my $5 in change, I hope you get to keep it." And we drove off.Those two women in the drivethru tonight disgusted me. This location should be evaluated as well, Kellie's Mr. Fog vape lanyard was swinging everywhere...proudly displayed on her neck while serving customers in the drivethru.

No one answered the phone day before.Went I. 1st thing this morning ordered 32 pieces of chicken a day 32 strips for my brother's funeral right next door . Ask to pick it up at 3:30 spent 141 plus on orderJust to arrive back at 3:35 and have to wait 15 minutes for Chicken straps to get done and order packaged up .Funeral started at 4No sorry can we cominsate you in any wayNever again

I have gone to this location multiple times and every time it has taken them 30+ minutes past the time that my order is meant to be ready. This last time they got 0 of my order correct just gave me whatever they felt like giving me because they had me waiting for close to an hour. They also ignored me a majority of the time and acted confused. Honestly won't ever go here again and I'm a very patient understanding person but if this is happening multiple times then I fail to believe it was a one time mistake. Don't waste your time.

All the employees did was argue and complain. The cashier was one of the rudest I've seen. They forgot part of my order and I didn't catch it till I was home. This has to be the worst KFC in the area. Waste of $36. I'll never be back.

After placing our order online for 3 meal deals 2 hours later we arrived it wasn't ready. With 6 employees bouncing around the kitchen, this is unacceptableI never did get all my food.

Very disappointed in service ordered take out and was over a 40 minute wait, while waiting several customers came back after getting incorrect or missing order from being in drive thru. After getting home discovered our order was incorrect! Unorganized staff.

Ordered original recipe rcvd extra crispy. Chicken was dry and tasteless and I was I. Line for 20 + minutes and then had to wait for them to bring it out. Asked for grape jelly and didn't receive any.

They forgot my order left me sitting for 25 min in drive thru.prepaired everyone's behind me but not mine.when I did get it it only had 6 pieces. In it and again the order was wrong I will not recom e nd this pl a ve.

Editing this down to a 1 star from the 5 stars I gave four years ago. It's 938pm and I'm the only car in line. I pull up to the speaker and was told, "You can go ahead." After giving my order, and having to say Pepsi 4 times after being asked what my drink was. Speaking of my Pepsi, I was given a warm Pepsi with no ice. If the ice maker is down, you should probably lead with that in your greeting..... If you can call 'you can go ahead' a greeting. With no one else behind me in the drive thru line, I was pulled forward. Probably to get off their timer. You can't get an accurate average service time if you're cheating.Edit number 2 - 944pm - where is the skin to my chicken? Lol
