The manager Connie is exceptional! She goes above and beyond for be every time I come there. She deserves a raise and a promotion!
The staff was very friendly and up beat. It was a refreshing going into a restaurant where the employees seem to enjoy themselves at work.
I have been to this KFC several times and the food has always been fresh and good to go all of these fast food places are a little high on the price right now but everything is up in reality so I'm going to give a two thumbs up on the food and a 4 star on the price!

Drive through reasonably fast. This one doesn't lock you in line like some, so if the line is too long or they don't have what you want you still have an escape lane instead of a concrete barrier trapping you there
This place has gone gone from bad to terrible. You have to repeatedly tell them what you want. Get to the drive up window and check your order, 75% of the time it’s wrong. Then check your bag because chances are, it’s wrong. The chicken quality is disgusting. I get extra crispy 8 pc. I get home and debone it for the meat. I have to because half the chicken in that bucket is over cooked or uncooked breading. It’s not supposed to be green. And the chicken meat itself shouldn’t have a crust so hard you can’t chew it. And when I get home and the chicken breasts are room temp and the rest is the temp of the sun, it’s obvious you rebreaded an original and threw it in the fryer again . It’s almost black aside from the new breading. I can only imagine what a state inspection would show. I bet 1000 bucks it would be shut down. DONT EAT HERE. YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY AND HEALTH. Whoever manages this place should be ashamed.
Love the fact that they have the $5 fill-ups! Also, their chicken has been really good here lately, at the one off Washington. Which is way better then before.
The chicken wasn't hot,I told them I wanted xtra crispy ,he said it would be a wait,I was fine with it.Then he said he had xtra crispy.When I got home it was a mixture of original and xtra crispy.
Good fresh food and this rating is for the customer service ??girl on her dang phone taking my order and walking to get my food still on her phone... SMDH.
