Ordered 6 items. Only received 5.Delivery drivers (door dash or similar) kept cutting in the drive through line, and everyone stopped what they were doing and helped them first. Took 40 minutes to get a few tacos. Ridiculous.
When I got up to the counter to order the lady at the counter claimed she was the assistant manager and not once did she smile or read my order back, actually had attitude with me and my boyfriend but as soon as another person came in the door that was not white she was super friendly with them. We ordered a bunch of sides so we could mix together what we wanted like their famous bowl BUT the Mac & cheese bowl I ordered apparently isn’t sold at this location until the 19th but instead of informing me of this prior to purchase she just rang up a normal kfc famous bowl and acted as though everything was available and I would be getting what I had ordered. I received my food, had the wrong famous bowl in the order, I had asked for an extra bowl so I could mix whatever of the sides together, never had any issue at any other location with that request, yet here I was told I would have to pay $5 just like I had ordered another famous bowl to eat for me to get an empty bowl due to having to count everything for inventory…I have been a manager in a few fast food places and one bowl will NOT break the bank or get you fired especially if you have a valid reason for giving out the extra item being requested…I’m sure there is more then a famous bowl of free food that goes to the staff/friends and family of the staff daily if not multiple times a day.Staff is overall very judgmental, rude, racist, and overall one of the worst kfc Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to literally ever. Wouldn’t recommend going here if you have any kind of special request for any items across the board because they will NOT accommodate you in any way that inconveniences them or might mess up their inventory in any way at all.The ONLY positive thing I can say about this location is that the store itself was decently clean and most of the way stocked in the lobby…might have to wipe down your own table and chair/booth before sitting down to enjoy a Luke warm meal…Also none of the staff would inform me if the store itself was corporate or franchise and literally refused to give me any phone number for someone in a higher position then anyone in the store, claimed they didn’t have that I formation available to give out and even if they did, I would not be receiving any of that I formation from them and to look it up for myself instead of wasting their time with nonsense…**might I add, the store was NOT busy at all inside or drive through for the duration of the time I was there…0/10 across the board, only gave a one star above to be able to leave this very lengthy and necessary review.
Poor service, government funded trap spot. Should be shut down effective immediately. I'm pretty sure somebody is selling work out of the backdoor.
Do not stop here. This place is awful. Service is non existent. You can easily wait 20+ minutes for them to take your order then longer again from your food to actually be ready. And then, it will be cold and inaccurate. Also, though they close at 10, the staff frequently stops taking orders at 9 and stands around milking the clock until they actually close.
Food was burnt...like the chicken had been there for a while..ask for Mac got potatoes...I wish I could give them a half

On two different occasions in the last month I have received no service. First time I arrived and waited for over 20mins only to be told they couldn't accept any credit or debit cards, but this morning I was informed that "EVERYONE" arrived late so nothing was available for a lil while...it was 11:00am!!!
Opens at 11 today. In the past they haven't opened till 11:30, despite it being posted they open at 10:30. Always issues with long waits, or opening times, or not having certain menu items available, when i go here. I literally EXPECT an issue. KFC food is pretty good so it gets 2 stars. Last time they gave me the wrong taco bell order and the chips were rancid like the oil they fried them in was months old.Just watched 3 people walk up to the store in the rain, to locked doors. Then go around the building to the other locked doors. Proof they expect issues like a randomly locked door.
The food was great. The service was great. But when they mopped the floor they left too much water on the floor. It was kinda slippery.
I ordered online for pickup. Paid online. Arrived at the store at my scheduled time, hours before they were said to close, and yet they were closed.I got the order confirmation email, my credit card was billed, and yet they were closed hours before the website said.Fortunately my card was refunded automatically two days later, but there’s no reason we should have been able to schedule a pickup time in the first place if they were closing before then.
