One of the best places for chicken in Indy! Customer service was excellent and food was fresh. You can choose to sit inside or on the patio next to the river. Highly recommend this place!
I ordered catering for a return to office engagement. The food was made to perfection. The price was on point. The amount of food for the price was abundant. From the moment I called to ask for Keith, to speaking with him, getting pricing, the delivery, the set up, eating, etc., everything was of the utmost excellence. The only complaint was we couldn't focus on work because we were so stuffed. I have another location literally in my backyard. I always have issues. They treat me as if they don't want me there. But I've never had any concerns when ordering from the Broad Ripple location in 5 Years. We truly appreciate the professionalism and the delicious meal. We LOVE Joella's and we love the staff. It's evident they care about their customers. Thank you.
This place was like the only thing open on the 4th of July.. So happy that they were. The service was good, the food had lots of flavor.. keep up the good work.
Pretty sure I found my new favorite chicken restaurant! Tonight was our first time ever eating there and we will DEFINITELY be coming back. The staff was amazing and interacted with my 2 yr old son the whole time and made us feel welcome. We got home and the food was still hot and tasted absolutely amazing. Best chicken restaurant I've ever been to! So as I said earlier in the post, we will definitely be coming back!
The chicken tenders are amazing! Got the Tweener hot level so it’s not too hot, but has some good spices. River took my order and was very pleasant and listed all my options for my lunch today. 10/10 will come back to try more from the menu.
Delicious food and impeccable customer service!Our takeout order tonight was made with fried vs grilled tenders, with a gluten allergy this left me unable to eat my meal. Keith, the manager at this restaurant, truly went above and beyond to fix the mistake. Even though we had to turn around for a replacement meal we're ending the night as happy customers.Mistakes happen and you keep customers returning based on the resulting customer service, we'll be back again and again!
Keith Penny, the general manager, is amazing! My son and his friend were in on Saturday night and my son started choking. Mr. Penny quickly gave him the Heimlich maneuver and stayed with him until the ambulance came to check him out. At no point did he panic and we are grateful for his quick thinking and cool head! On top of all that, my son said the chicken was amazing and he can’t wait to go back!
Food is always good. Younger workers provide great customer service. I used to work at the carmel location and very aware of how customers can be! Loved the food hated working there. Ha. Oh and the drinks are overpriced Id just get a fountain from the gas station unless your dying of thirst.
I've been here two times now and love the food. They forgot an extra order of fries during my second visit, but immediately fixed the situation. Happy to have found a new spot for lunch.
Very nice food and environment! The employees were so nice and helped me right away! They have a great menu selection with vegan chicken which I tried and thought it was very good. I also had the chicken tenders level hot which is one level off from the spiciest level they. I thought that the hot could have been hotter and it didn't bring much heat at all. The Mac and cheese is very good as well for the side dish. Next time I go here I am definitely getting the spiciest level they have. Definitely go here and enjoy!
