Awesome apple fritters. They are huge and have big pieces of apple. It's like eating apple pie and can be easily split between two. Also coconut donut has a cinnamon swirl center. This place make the center of Indianapolis just a bit more awesome.
We walked in this morning and the manager (?) was filling a gallon jug up. He didn’t even look up at us or acknowledge us. We stood at the counter for about 2 minutes without any greeting. Finally he came over and asked what we wanted. I asked what one donut was and he answered. I wanted to confirm that there was no filling in the middle, and he was incredibly rude in his response. I was warned that the manager/owner was rude, but have never experienced this level of rudeness anywhere. Delicious or not, I have no idea how this place stays in business. I would avoid it at all costs. There is no customer service at all.
Great service. I really want to love some thing other than their regular glazed donuts, but every time I order anything but, I end up regretting it. I ordered the cronut today and was bumming after the second bite. Just too oily. I tried to give my second cronut to my 14-year-old, but she took a single bite and dropped it back in the bag. She’s an insatiable donut fiend so that says a lot.
I was in this morning, The first thing that caught my eye was the Apple Bearclaws! WOW and Delicious. I bought a half dozen of the best donuts I've had in a long time. Not only were there lots of selection, but the donuts are BIG! Great value and real nice packaging. I recently paid $4 a cookie at the new cookie company "crumble" for undercooked/expensive frozen dough cookies, not to be too negative, but Jack's blew the cookie company away! I don’t know what is sweeter…the staff, their vast selection of gigantic donuts, or my blood sugar level after leaving this place. I DO know that the coffee is always perfectly brewed and a fritter can feed a family of 4 ?
These donuts are terrible. They were thrown into the bag, not individually wrapped, mashed together in the bag. Very oily. The coffee is OK but the water isn't purified. They just use tap water. If you like mashed/combined donuts, this place is for you!
I have a sweet tooth, but these donuts were just way too sugary for my taste. The chocolate donut tasted more like sugar than chocolate. The latte was good.
PPE optional need more staff to assist a dozen of donuts was $19 and Latte in arrange of $9 on down depends on the size no picture .. disappointed with the cost, all of the donuts were put into a sack that, unfortunately, all the icing ones were all over the sack, so half of the donuts was ruined. Worst customer service Received poor customer service via phone thought person was having a bad day so I proceeded to patronize businesses secondary to good reviews rude and inconsiderate behavior continued wish I was able to tell you how food tasted but the service was so bad I left without making a purchase AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST
