Ordered from this place on multiple occasions and had my orders cancelled when the store wasn’t closed, or didn’t receive all of my order. I ordered 2 combos, only got one, the food was stale and cold, and my tea tasted like water. Was absolutely disgusting and the chicken was undercooked, which is a health hazard. Onion rings were hard as a rock I thought I was chewing through a tire.Don’t recommend this jack in the box, seems like their people are lazy despite being open late nights. What a sad embarrassment of a food establishment. Needs new staffing and better training.
Very rude laughing after handing your order to you not to mention they let you sit in Drive-through 10-15 mins before even greeting or acknowledge your there an Price Gouging to the max almost $40 for a combo meal an order of chicken nuggets and a shake for two people Absolutely ridiculous! And it didn’t even taste that great for that price this place really has gone downhill Very Disappointed!
Was discussing with the cashier about the recent change in price over the tacos now being 1.79 . Someone from corporate came out and verbally assulted me and told me to get out of the store I felt extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed and do not recommend anyone eating here, ever. Did not get the managers name but he was of Indian descent if you see this man do yourself a favor a land disrespect him because he will to you.
Girl at drive through window was rude. Me my 3 sons, daughter-in-law and grandkids all love the tacos. There is none any were near us so any time we go to Tennessee to visit my son or when we are near one we stop and get taco .I only ordered 7 orders which isn't as many as we usually get. The staff was rude. They put them all on one bag and mostly upside down so they where smashed, stuff coming out an not much in them plus paper stuck to them. I think she did it on purpose
Wow. What a blight on the business overall. Staffing is abysmal. Perhaps a change in ownership is needed. Whoever owns this one simply doesn't care. If it's a company owned unit...wow, even worse. Sign posted advising drive thru only due to staffing. One order taken and completed at a time and they still managed to hand an incomplete order to me. Absolutely no excuse! Probably NOT returning. I have an excellent taco recipe at home.
The Bacon & Swiss Buttery Jack can't be beat. The Sourdough Jack is amazing and even better as a double. Loaded (or unloaded) mini tacos used to be the bomb, but now they're just okay without sour cream; sadly, they're apparently not carrying it any more.
Try to order online through doordash And it said it was going to be awhile before it got to me. That's fine i understand it gets busy sometimes. What i dont understand is how you managed to lose my order than instead of making it right by actually making it you just cancelled the order all together. Already had to wait an hour for my food now i have to wait even longer because i had to order from somewhere else. Worst experience highly doubtful i will order from you again
Food is good, service is 50/50. That's why the thank you sign is there, I guess. ? They have a good variety of menu items

Long wait. Zero customer service. The lady taking our order ar drive thru was rude and short with us. Very fast cant understand her and rude. No customer service. The lady said she was the GM. Def wasnt. Foood was garbage. Charged me an extra 4.69 $ to have a iced coffee that tasted like a$$. Horriable service.
