Tacos weren't very good. Meat tasted bitter for some reason. Rarely get Jack in the Box as there isn't one in my area but I was coming home from a trip and thought I'd stop. Always have a good experience with their tacos and I was excited to order six of them for the ride home. However, despite coming out fresh and hot, the taste was disappointing. There was a bitterness in all of the tacos that I couldn't put my finger on. I kept eating a new one to see if it was just an isolated thing but it wasn't.The tortilla shells were very crispy but not tasty, I barely even saw any cheese and the usual creamy melt in your mouth mixture of meat and sauce just somehow was off. The meat had a slightly sharp metallic taste and the lettuce also seemed a bit off as well. Visually the tacos looked good so I was even more disappointed that the taste didn't match the visual appeal.I also ordered onion rings and loaded fries. Fries were decent. Onion rings were OK but didn't taste like they were panko based as advertised. Overall I wish I had also added a couple of burgers or melts to my order to make up for the tacos.Still love Jack in the Box, though, and this was my only bad experience so far so I'm happy to visit again!
I pulled in to the Jack in search of a quicker meal than was available at two Wendy's. Wait time wasn't terrible, got my food about 13 min after placing order. Got drink first, then 7 min later the meal. Could have been longer. Food was okay, fresh and hot at time of getting it handed out the drive thru window. Overall, the food was good, service could be faster, but was faster than that Red Headed place, and don't ask about speed vs Chick-fil-A....
Horrible I was getting food and ordering and they told me I was “[email protected]”… all I wanted was some curly loaded fries or whatever and Cheeros ?….
went to the post road location with wife and 3 small kids, after sitting in drive thru for 5 minutes with no answer we drove around the front to find the drive thru attendant sitting in a vehicle (with headset still on) 15feet from the door smoking pot then after 5 more minutes he casually gets out of vehicle and goes in and back to work while his friend stayed in vehicle and rolled another...very unprofessional and disappointing!
I ordered from here on the app and showed up about 15 minutes later to pick it up. It wasn’t ready when I arrived and I ended up waiting another 15 just for them to give my order to one of the customers in the drive-thru by accident. After this guy drove away with my food it took them another 10 minutes to remake my order and when I got home and bit into my burger, it was raw in the middle. I love Jack in the Box but it’s safe to say that I am never going back to this location again.
Was informed that they were not taking orders after I viewed the menu and talked to an associate for a second. When I stepped up to the cashier that's when I was told. No signage on the door, no notice. Just not taking orders. What...The bathroom was a disaster. Smelled of dirty diapers, there were dirty gloves on the floor, and the paper towel dispenser was busted open. Only a couple of employees were masked - at a half hearted attempt at that.Whoever owns this franchise or manages it needs to get their business in order.
I highly recommend everyone go to this location. My food was out less than 5 minutes. And they didn’t forget the forks. We will definitely be coming back. Keep it up guys thank you.
The food is, generally speaking, pretty good I'd say. On that level, I have no complaints. My issue usually stems from when I try to place an order online if I've just gotten off of work and don't want to go back out. It seems to be a toss up as to weather or not the location is actually open or not, despite them being listed as open.I'll then get a notification that the location in question is closed and I'll have to wait about a week to get charged back what I paid. So not only do I end up with a pending charge on my account, a drivers time is wasted. I don't have any issues with the food, I just wish this was better handled for people watching their budget.
Never patronized jack in the box before ,but I must say my experience was great! Even though I waited in drive - thru for about 6 minutes before I was acknowledge I still gave the restaurant 5 stars. My food was as ordered fresh and fries hot what more could I ask for.
It was okay for fast food. Very quick service but it was simple things that they forgot like plastic silverware, napkins, straws. I think the kid was probably 15-16 so I didn't mind at all. But the chicken nuggets literally tasted like they were not done , kinda mushy I couldn't finish the first one I just threw them away
