Place has horrible customer literally asked if I ordered everything while ordering for 3 people then chick in back want to say are they gonna order more both time I’ve came her it has been nothing but rude disrespectful people! You work for a fast food company if you wanna complain get a better job if not sit back an shut up! Will never come here again an spend my hard earned money on a place that supports this kind of management
Ew. The floor was disgusting and sticky. And no they weren’t busy. Only reason for the one extra star is that the food was pretty decent.
Ordered tacos. I lived in California and ate them all the time there. Now I live in Marion, Indiana and have to drive 80 miles to get them. I wish they would build one in Marion, we have 3 colleges and i know they would get the business
The inside was very dirty, floors were sticky and the tables were dirty and sticky. The burgers we got smelled spoiled and tasted disgusting to the point we trashed our meals and left. Not to mention they let random people come inside to ask their customers for money it was very uncomfortable.
I'm sad to say this is the slowest ever fast food. They had 2 people in drive thru I waited at speaker and then even after finally getting to window after I placed my mobile order I still wanted and they still forgot the cheese. I avoided stopping here on the way back through my commute due to this.
This was our second time at a Jack in the Box. The first time was not great but it was ok. This time wasn't even ok. Our food was over cooked and had an odd or unexpected flavor. Two restaurants in two states with similar sub-par experiences, we won't be back.
The customer service was not good they kept interrupting us and were not letting us say our order and that lead to some errors in our food. Not only that the food just was not good in taste or in freshness and we both felt uncomfortable stomach issues. I would personally not be getting this again.
Very disappinted. We ordered 2 combos meals. Our burgers was not made how we asked and the fries was not fresh. Also 2 orders of Currios that we didn't get
California transplant now living in Detroit. Drove here for 4 things, tacos, egg rolls, ultimate cheese burger, and a JITB antenna ball.Tacos were on point. I ate 5. Egg rolls were cooked perfectly and were everything I remembered. Ultimate Cheese Burger was less than Ultimate. Actually a bk cheese burger would have been better. Apparently, they work the fryer better than the grill.Very sadly, no antenna balls at all.
Absolutely disgusting!! We were the only 2 in the dining area and the drive threw was slow.. but every table was nasty..the floor hadn't been swept in who knows how long.. the soda machine was covered in sticky soda.. they had no ice.. customer service was sub par.. food was decent after the 25 minute wait..
