We've always had a great experience at the BR India Garden but tonight they went above and beyond! We ordered DoorDash and when the order arrived it was not correct. I called the BR location and they offered to fix it but turns out the order was from the downtown location. Not only did they still give me the correct product, he was so kind and threw in some other goodies. Thank you for fixing an error that as not yours. You are wonderful! We will be sure to check the location on our next order and we will be back soon!

Regular eater of Indian food in Indianapolis and I have to say this was one of my worst experiences. I ordered over Uber eats and the order took 1.5 hours to arrive and when it did it was cold to the touch and I had to microwave it! On top of that the Butter chicken and the bbq chicken was just terrible. It seems like they just sent me leftovers or food from a few days ago.
To be honest, we're regulars here, we love it! And my personal opinion, it's some of the best chicken tiki marsala in the city. The employees have been nothing but kind and helpful. I honestly cannot recommend this place more.

Food is ok to good. I ordered Lamb palak along with a few other items. When I arrived to pick up the food, the gentleman was apologetic and informed us of the issue. They had made lamb curry instead. We had also ordered chicken curry, chicken Tikka, and palak paneer as take out.This is where the issue became a problem. Instead of offering any remedy to the issue, the gentleman started off by saying "well, you also have palak paneer, so you have the spinach you wanted" to that I responded "it's not the same as I ordered lamb palak not, lamb curry and palak paneer." After going a couple rounds on why THEIR mistake was not a big issue, because having palak paneer with lamb curry was like having the lamb palaki originally ordered, only then did he offer a remedy, stating they could make what we ordered and that it would only take 5 min. SERIOUSLY? 1. Why was this an issue then?! When I decided that I wanted what I really ordered... surprise surprise, the gentleman snatched the lamb curry away and later brought out the ordered dish. No sorry or anything. That food is not good enough to return for that terrible customer service.
Great service, not sure what went wrong with some of the other bad reviews. The Indian food here is actually amazing, and cheaper than many other Indian restaurants.
Ordered 2 vindaloo dishes last night. It was literally watered down ketchup. Took a bite and threw it away— inedible.

I ordered a Veg Thalli through Doordash and the Quality of food was really great.. The rice pudding (kheer) and Palak Paneer were just amazing.Only disappointment was they missed out on 'Tea' that was included with this order.
