This is an awesome little Chinese restaurant. We were served excellently by the very friendly proprietor. The restaurant is clean, inviting, and cozy, with a cool nostalgic vibe (with Marilyn Monroe and Frank Sinatra prominently featured). The food is always great. They have the best spring rolls I have ever had anywhere.
Portions aren't too large but the food was filling. We had 6main dishes and one appetizer the food cost was good for that many dishes. Most of the dishes are sweet but the garlic chicken can be mad without sugar. The ambience is nice with multiple plants around. Overall it's a good place to go to every now and then.

The highlight was Garlic Chicken, possibly due to my Asian roots - packed a punch with garlic, sauce and veggies. The garlic and orange chicken come with a side of steamed or plain fried rice. Hot and sour soup had a unique flavor - which was neither too spicy nor too warm - just the right touch. All in all good good at a very reasonable price - definitely recommend. They do serve halal - chicken and beef only.

We have always gotten great service and food at Imperial Palace. The food is of a typical style that you expect from a Chinese restaurant, and is very high quality. I particularly like the ability to order the heat level of the food 1-10 instead of just medium, hot, etc. They have great attention to detail here. The gentleman who runs this place has always been very kind to me. Takeout is good, but dining in is also nice with some cool old Hollywood style decor.
This is a small Chinese restaurant in a strip mall on the northwest side of Indianapolis. The menu is relatively small but the dishes are prepared well. This is my go to Chinese restaurant for hot and sour soup. The lunch specials are just the right amount of food. The garlic chicken had good garlic flavor and crisp vegetables.
The food is good and the people are so nice. This is my first time doing a review of a restaurant, but I thought I would because I really enjoyed the experience. I recommend coming here.
Got halal chicken and beef with Tsos Chicken and Fried Rice. Everything was great. Really appreciate the owners carrying halal meat.
Food is always fantastic. It is the only Chinese restaurant I actively recommend to my friends and family. The employee working here is always very kind and respectful. 10/10. Give it a try, you won't find better chinese food anywhere in Indianapolis!
Yum-yum chicken in my belly! I've known these fine folks for almost 20 years. OG Bobby is who started the yum-yum chicken and I think that's all I've ordered since. Glad to see this place has stayed in business through the pandemic. Great customer service, great food and great pricing! Will continue business with these guys.
