Everything was terrific with our stay here. Great food in the pub, great staff and service. Great valet service as well. High class place. Comfortable and quiet rooms and amazing breakfast! Thank you. Will come back!
Can't say enough about the beauty of this hotel. Everything was great except for my sleeps. Beds & pillows were uncomfortable and provided little support. It took several hours after getting up in the morning for my back to stop hurting. Both my traveling companion and I had similar sleeping experiences.
I was visiting Indy celebrating my Sorority’s one hundred year anniversary. From the first day the service was great. Chris was the best at taking care of our car throughout the entire week. Everything met my expectations. I would visit here again. The service was great. If you’re ever visiting Indianapolis, the Hyatt Regency is the place to be.
Just stayed here for 4 nights in July 2022. The room was filthy. Upon checking in you could see that the carpet had not been vacuumed. After waking it, we noticed that the pillow cases were stained. The restroom was not cleaned during the entire stay. The cover on the bed was pulled up but the sheets balled underneath. I was appalled that an Hyatt establishment cared so little about the conditions of their rooms. When I called to speak to the on duty manager, she explained that what I was describing was the expectation and that any additional cleaning, like washing the face bowl or tub had to be requested 24 hours in advanced. Now, I have stayed in many hotels in many locations. I've never had to ask for the face bowl and tub to be cleaned daily. Nor, did I ever have to make a special request for the beds to be made with daily service!! This was unacceptable! If you go make sure you bring your own cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, and bedding!
The accommodations and room cleanliness was as expected. Nice area close to several restaurants. I had a good and pleasant stay. My Sorority and Sorors were treated with respect and all our buisness and sleeping accommodations were met.
Rooms are too small. Carpeting needs vacuuming. Needs more elevators and luggage carts. The staff was maskless the entire time I was there. Meals were good, but far too expensive. Some desk personnel need additional training in assisting clients. Speak slower and be more willing to assist. This is your place of employment and presumably your town, I'm visiting and don't know the ends and outs. I may have to seek your assistance more than once, but I tried extra hard to not be a burden to any of the staff.

Upon arrival at the hotel, I was warmly greeted by staff. The staff at the reception desk was friendly. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and courteous. They attended to my very special needs and ensured my stay was pleasant.
I reserved a room at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis for a sorority conference. Everything was great (mostly) from check-in to check-out. When arriving they had a balloon display in our sorority colors and also the key cards were branded for our sorority as well. Our room was ready when we arrived (I did check-in via the Hyatt app). Room was great & clean. I really didn't have any issues except that I wanted Starbucks coffee and their espresso machine was down a couple of days but that's not Hyatt's fault which is why I'm still giving them 5 stars. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. I even enjoyed hanging out in their lobby with my friends - they had tvs and several places to sit. We didn't eat anywhere inside the hotel except Starbucks.
The went above and beyond to meet expectations. All of the staff were extremely nice. The only issue was the elevator. They had four which could have been designated to floor groups which could have helped as the convention was ending. Overall an awesome stay. Everything was clean, easy access to subway and starbucks!
