Harry & Izzy's is an Indianapolis institution. It's run by the same group that operates St. Elmo's Steakhouse next door. The menu had quite a variety and is moderately priced versus the high end St. Elmo's. We dined for lunch today and I recommend the three course lunch special. For $32 you can choose three different courses and customize your lunch. Today I enjoyed the filet sliders, Caesar salad and their world famous shrimp cocktail. WOW! This was quite a meal. In addition my sliders came with a side of house made french fries so this was quite a filling lunch. Harry & Izzy's is famous for their shrimp cocktail. Absolutely an amazing item but be warned their housemade cocktail sauce has quite the kick of horseradish that will wake you and your taste buds up. Reservations are recommended as both lunch and dinner are busy times here.
