Tonight was our first visit to Gordon’s! Incredible!!!!!! Delicious!!!! The employees were working so hard & these are hand made milkshakes, they take some time to make. Sit back relax & meet someone new! Most importantly enjoy the delicious milkshakes!!!!

Great shakes.Thick and delicious! They have good plant based soft serve option too (vanilla and chocolate). The staff is little rude and clueless on the menu so it was difficult getting our order together. There are better options.
Checked out this milkshake bar in the new Bottleworks district on Mass Avenue. Several basic, premium, and special flavors, along with a mixture of sundaes and other food items. While small inside, there are picnic tables outside for additional seating.
I've been twice. The first visit was when they first opened the Carmel location. The four milkshakes I ordered were wonderful and delicious. My second visit a few weeks back was not so great. The four milkshakes I ordered were bad. For example, I ordered 2 superman milkshakes. One was blue and the other was a grey color. I asked if the grey milkshake was a superman and was told yes by the employee. Shocker when I got home and had one of my kids ask why I got them a weak tasting chocolate shake instead of the superman they asked for. Another shake I ordered was Tres Leches. The menu made it sound good, but the cup was filled with so many fruit preserves (not described on the menu) and was so watery I ended up throwing it in the trash. Two stars only because the first experience was good, but I won't be going back again.
Stopped in here for a quick dessert while visiting Indy. I want to give it a 1, but am giving it a 2 because the decor and the service were decent, and they have a large enough menu that would make me come back to try something different. We got two things when we went. The first was the chocolate dipped strawberry shake. Strawberry flavor was very light and it just was not very good. The menu also claims it comes with a fresh dipped strawberry. All they did was spoon a spoonful of what I’m guessing was strawberry preserves into the center of the whipped cream. No whole strawberry went into it unfortunately. The other thing we got, which makes me want to rate it as a 1 star or less if I could, is the blackberry cobbler. Easily the worst cobbler I have ever eaten in my life. I don’t know if it was the addition of what I’m assuming is an incredibly large amount of nutmeg or something similar, but this cobbler tasted like, what I can only describe as an old dusty book. It was absolutely atrocious. It was served to us barely lukewarm, which quickly cooled with the addition of ice cream. The crust pieces were half baked, so I’m not sure if it was frozen when it was cooked or what. It was one of the worst desserts I have ever tasted. I don’t know how the owner tastes it and thinks it is on par to put on the menu.I would come back to try the other milkshakes, like the peanut butter meltaway, but I would avoid the cobbler at all costs unless you like the flavor of dirt.
I absolutely cannot wait to go back! We waited 45 min in line but well worth the wait. I have so many other things to try on the menu. The strawberry cheesecake is a must ??
One of the best milkshakes I've ever had! There was an option to add alcohol for 3 dollars and many different flavors. Don't forget to check out the rotating shake flavor. I was only in Indy for the weekend but went here twice.
It is said a picture speaks thousands of words. I would have appreciated just one welcoming word from the girl working the counter Saturday evening. No simple greeting when approaching counter: Hi, Hello. Welcome, how can I help you? Just a stoic face with a blank stare with a cloth mask. I thought I would try greeting her. Yes, the customer greeting first, still basically no lifeline. Even with the lack of customer service, my husband still walked back from our hotel to try the peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream. The ice cream was good. Who can error with basic vanilla ice cream? However, let's get back to the picture speaking thousands of words. I should have taken a picture of what was called "Peach Cobbler". I do not know exactly what it was. I had never seen or tasted anything like it. I could not find anything that resembled the look, taste, and color of a peach. It had this crisscross thick dry dough on top. I am just not sure what was going on with that dessert. Being Valentines weekend, I choose not to call or walk back the product, taking from my time. It would have extenuated the bad experience. So, I pitched it in the trash. I am hoping their real specialty are milkshakes since this is the name of the business. It's obviously my fault I trusted ordering anything else. Or, my fault in thinking the food would have been greater than the initial customer experience.
